Spicy Potato Noodles 🥵🥔 If you like chewy noodles with a spicy kick, you’re gonna love this! 🥣Ingredients: 🍜For the Potato Noodles 500g Russet potatoes 3 cups potato starch ½ cup warm water 1/2 tsp salt 🍶For the Sauce 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 stalk green onion, sliced 2 tbsp regular soy sauce 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar 2 tbsp gochugaru 1 tsp sugar 2 tbsp oil (for pouring over the sauce) 📝 Steps: 1. Boil the potatoes until soft, mash them, and combine with the rest of the ingredients to form a dough. 2. Roll the dough into thick noodle-like shapes. 3. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the potato noodles, and cook until they float. Drain and set aside. 4. To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour hot oil over the mixture and stir well. 5. Toss the cooked potato noodles in the sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and extra green onion. Enjoy! 🫶🏻

Two-Chip Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪 Yield: Approximately 8-10 large cookies Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups (313 g) all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cornstarch 3/4 cup (150g) dark brown sugar 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar 2 cold eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, slightly softened Pinch of salt 1 1/2 cups (250g) semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup (200g) dark chocolate chips Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cornstarch in a medium bowl. Set aside. Cream together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract, for 3-4 minutes until the batter turns pale and the sugar is well incorporated. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix. Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop 2 tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Leave the dough balls slightly rough and stacked, with a rustic texture. Place 4 cookies on each pan, leaving 4 inches of space between each one. Top with extra chocolate chips. Bake for 13-16 minutes on middle rack or until edges are lightly golden brown. Ingredients For the Bread: • 4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour • 1 tbsp (10g) salt • 1 ⅓ cup (325g) milk • 1 ½ tsp (7g) yeast • 1 tsp (5g) sugar • ½ stick (50g) butter, room temperature Instructions 1️⃣ Warm the milk, add yeast and sugar, stir slightly, and cover for 15 minutes. 2️⃣ In a mixer bowl (or on your counter), add flour and salt, then pour the milk mixture in the center and add butter. 3️⃣ Knead until soft and smooth. Cover and let rest for 30–45 minutes or until doubled in size. For the Garlic & Parsley Butter: • 4 garlic cloves • Olive oil • ½ stick (50g) butter, room temperature • Fresh chopped parsley • 200g white cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese) 1️⃣ Cover the garlic cloves with olive oil and confit over low heat for 15–20 minutes. Preheat oven to 240°C top and bottom heat 2. Line a 22–24 cm ring with parchment paper on the sides and bottom 3. Mix cream cheese with the sugar (according to the chosen option), cornstarch, salt, and vanilla until smooth 4. Add pistachio paste or praline and mix to combine 5. Gradually add eggs and heavy cream, mixing until smooth batter 6. Strain into the mold and bake for about 25 minutes at 240°C.
