Neighbors from across the city there to practice singing together, to learn the songs that say we will not look away while our immigrant neighbors are hunted, while truth-tellers are silenced, while cruelty becomes policy. This is what it looks like when people choose each other with JOY! How do we turn this up? We find the choir practices, the teach-ins, the gatherings in our own communities where people are learning to show up together. We add our voices even if we can’t carry a tune.
