🇬🇧 • Ingredients:
40 violets from the garden (without pesticides)
1 egg white
50 gr white sugar
👉🏻 Pick the violets in morning time as the perfume will be more intense at this time of the day. Remove stems, the green part and any bug. Brush every violet, both sides, with egg white and place them on a silpat. Coat them both sides with white sugar. Dry in static oven or in a dehydrator at 45°C for 2 hours. Enjoy 💜

👉🏻 Raccogli le violette al mattino, il profumo sarà più intenso in questo momento della giornata. Togli il gambo , la parte verde e rimuovi eventuali insetti. Spennella ogni violetta, da entrambi i lati, con l’albume d’uovo e disponili su un silpat. Ricoprile da entrambi i lati con zucchero . Essicale in forno statico o in essiccatore a 45°C per 2 ore. Enjoy 💜

TEAvete mai provato lo zucchero alle violette?
Perfetto per profumare dolci, biscotti o una semplice macedonia.
Ingredienti:
Violette (50% del peso dello zucchero, ma potete aumentare o diminuire in base all’intensità di profumo che desiderate)
Zucchero
Eliminate i calici delle violette e tenete i petali.
Frullate i petali delle violette con lo zucchero.
Potete utilizzarlo subito o lasciarlo asciugare. Io preferisco usarlo appena fatto :-)
Per asciugarlo, lasciatelo all’aria muovendo di tanto in tanto o, volendo, in forno a 50 °C fino a completa asciugatura.
N.B. Asciugando, lo zucchero perderà colore.
