1. Begin with a cartwheel. The order of what touches the ground is hand, hand, foot, and foot. Become proficient with
your cartwheel.
2. Focus on swinging your back leg through to generate more speed as you rotate.
3. Jump off your front foot to generate power. I think of it as aggressively stomping. Catch yourself with your hands in the inverted position.
4. To achieve the arial, focus on swinging your back leg to generate speed and jumping off your front leg to generate power.
Tip: Focus on the technique first. Then increase Speed and Power to be more successful.
