Article 19(1)(a) speech freedom विकसित देशों में माना जाता है कि 12 घंटे थके हुए मन से काम करने से बेहतर है कि 6 घंटे पूरी ऊर्जा और फोकस के साथ काम किया जाए। 🔋 इससे काम की क्वालिटी भी बढ़ती है और प्रोडक्टिविटी भी। हमें ऐसा सिस्टम बनाना चाहिए जिसमें कर्मचारियों को सम्मानजनक सैलरी मिले, पर्याप्त आराम मिले और पर्सनल लाइफ के लिए भी समय मिल सके। क्योंकि आज प्राइवेट सेक्टर में काम करने वाले बहुत से वर्कर्स के सामने टाइम और इनकम दोनों की समस्या है। आज प्राइवेट सेक्टर के कर्मचारी सिर्फ 8 घंटे काम नहीं करते… असल में उनका पूरा दिन उसी नौकरी के आसपास घूमता है। 8 घंटे ड्यूटी + 2 घंटे आने-जाने का सफर + 1 घंटा तैयारी = 11 घंटे फिर 8-9 घंटे नींद ➡️ टोटल लगभग 20 घंटे और जो 4 घंटे बचते हैं, वो भी खाना, घर के काम और रोजमर्रा की जरूरतों में निकल जाते हैं। मतलब इंसान अपनी पूरी जिंदगी जॉब को दे देता है, फिर भी सेविंग नहीं कर पाता। हर इंसान को टाइम, आराम, फैमिली और मानसिक शांति चाहिए। सिर्फ काम ही नहीं, मेंटल हेल्थ को ठीक रखने के लिए एंटरटेनमेंट, खेल-कूद और फैमिली के साथ समय भी जरूरी है। 📢 यह सिर्फ एक डिमांड नहीं, बल्कि लाखों वर्कर्स और युवाओं की जरूरत है। @raghavchadha88 #LabourLaws #PrivateSectorIssues #UnemploymentSolution #HealthyIndia #ParliamentSession VoicesOfIndia EqualityAtWork BetterFuture

Articles 20 and 21 of the Indian Constitution are considered non-suspendable, even during a National Emergency. During a National Emergency under Article 352, Article 359 allows the President to suspend the enforcement of some Fundamental Rights. However, after the 44th Constitutional Amendment Act, 1978, Articles 20 and 21 were kept outside this power. This means their enforcement can never be suspended, even during an emergency. Article 20 provides essential legal protection to an accused person. Article 21 guarantees the right to life and personal liberty to every individual. Suspending these rights would give the State unlimited and arbitrary power. Therefore, the Constitution protects Articles 20 and 21 in all circumstances.
