Bent Over Rows are a staple for building strong back muscles - but REVERSE grip rows can offer MORE! When your palms face away for a “reverse grip”, you’ll recruit your biceps to help with the lift - allowing you to lift more weight! So make sure you go HEAVIER than you normally would if you want to get the most out of this exercise! When you set up, you don’t want your lower back to round, so make sure you keep your feet close and think “butt back” with a slight knee bend to hinge you over safely! Lastly, try to think “elbows back” when you lift the weights up! Simply “pulling up” with your hands isn’t going to recruit your muscles optimally for this style of row. Go heavy, hinge properly, and think “elbows back” and you’re gonna rock this one! Now, do it!
