Starting a new routine can be intimidating, but with the right guidance, it’s a piece of cake! 🍰 Give yourself at least one week to get into the groove. Remember, stretching is key before any workout. It helps prepare your body and mind for the workout ahead. Next up, hit the treadmill or stairmaster. Try the 12-3-30 method: 12 incline, 3 speed for 30 minutes (adjust to your preference). It’s a great way to get your heart pumping and burn those calories! 💪 Once you’ve mastered this, challenge yourself with the stairs. Don’t worry if you need breaks in between - it’s all part of the process. And don’t forget to stretch again after your workout. Consistency is key if you want to burn fat and build muscle.
