I’ve been going deep on this topic and what I found is genuinely alarming — especially for our kids. 👇 🚨 Formaldehyde. Lead. Forever Chemicals. BPAs. Plastics. All found in everyday clothing — including baby onesies. 🚨 The clothing industry is one of the LEAST regulated industries in America. We’re operating under laws from the 1940s. 🚨 “Sweat-wicking.” “Odor-resistant.” “Waterproof.” Those aren’t features — they’re code words for chemical concoctions. 🚨 The longer you wash and dry chemical-laden clothing, the worse your exposure gets. Those plastics break down into microplastics — and even nanoplastics, which have been shown to cross the blood-brain barrier. 🚨 Infertility is rising 1% every year. It’s time we start asking WHY. We demand better for our food, our water, our air — but clothing? It’s been flying under the radar. You shouldn’t have to be a wealthy detective to find a baby onesie that isn’t full of life-altering chemicals. 💔 Start flipping labels. Start asking questions. At the very least look for 100% cotton! This is what dyshidrotic or HAND eczema looks like… I’m not going to pretend it was a simple fix. It took time, patience, and finally getting patch testing done to find out exactly what my skin was reacting to. Once I removed the allergens hiding in my everyday products - BPAs, lanolin, beeswax and propylene glycol- everything changed. If you’ve tried everything and your hands still won’t heal, your products might be the problem. Do your hands look like mine? Have you ever had patch testing done?
