Quick CVC practice. I added some magnets behind some of our flashcards so I wouldn’t have to keep writing/erasing on the board. We practice blending two sounds together and then we add that ending sound to read our words. Later on we’ll start using other types of blending (segment/blend) (continuous) but for now we practice this way because it’s easier for those that tend to drop off or change a sound. #scienceofreading #phonics #teachersofinstagram #phonicsfun #iteachk #literacy #igteachers #teachersofig #sor #teachershare
