Frambuazlı cheesecake Video sahibi: @etulu Taban için 180 gr normal burçak bisküvi 60 gr tereyağ Cheesecake için (tümü oda sıcaklığında) 600 gr labne Bir paket krema 2 yemek kaşığı un 175 gr şeker 3 yumurta 1 paket vanilin Frambuazlı Cheesecake Taban için 180 gr normal burçak bisküvi 60 gr tereyağ Kelepçeli kalıbı yağlıyoruz.çok çok az olacak sekilde ama (Benim kalıbım 19 cm) Kalıbımızın tabanına yağlı kağıt kesip yerleştiriyoruz kenarlarını alüminyum folyoyla kaplıyoruz. Bisküvileri un haline gelene kadar çekiyoruz.Eritilmiş tereyağını ilave edip karıştırıyoruz. Cheesecake harcı için bütün malzemelerin oda sıcaklığında olmasına dikkat ediyoruz. Fırını 160 dereceye ayarlıyoruz. Labneyle toz şekeri ekleyip tel çırpıcıyla bir dakika çırpıyoruz. Kremayı ekliyoruz. Karışınca un ve vanilyayı ekliyoruz ve iyice karıştırıyoruz. Yumurtaları tek tek ekleyerek her birinden sonra çırpıyoruz. Karışım hazır olunca dolaptan çıkardığımız tabanın üzerine döküyoruz. Kalıbı birkaç kez tezgaha vuruyoruz. fırının altına bir kaba sıcak su koyalım.Hafif kızarana kadar pişiriyoruz 60dk sürüyor) Hızlıca kontrol edebilirsiniz kenarları pişmiş ortası çok hafif sallanıyorsa kapatabilirsiniz. Kapalı fırında 15 dk bekletiyoruz sonra kapağı aralayıp 15 dk da o şekilde bekletiyoruz ve dışarı alıp oda sıcaklığına gelince dolaba kaldırıyoruz. 4-5 saat dinlendiriyoruz. Frambuazlı Sos Tarifi İçin Gerekli Malzemeler 2 yemek kaşığı nişasta (mısır veya buğday) 1 su bardağı su 300g frambuaz 5 yemek kaşığı toz şeker Hazırlanışı 1. Frambuazlı sos için tencereye nişasta ve suyu alarak karıştıralım. 2. Üzerine frambuaz ve toz şekeri ekleyerek tekrar karıştıralım. 3. Daha sonra tencereyi ocağa alalım frambuazlar yumuşayıp püre haline gelinceye kadar karıştırarak pişirelim. 4. Sosumuz koyulaşıp kaynadıktan sonra ocağı kapatalım. 5. Dimakan dingin udah paling mantep🥹🤎 Bahan ib: Luvitaho • 400gr cream cheese • 100-120gr gula kastor • Secubit garam • 1/2sdt vanilla extract • 2btr telur • 12g maizena • 220gr whipping cream Tuang ke loyang ukuran 20x10x7. Oven di suhu 200-210c (setiap oven beda, jadi bisa disesuaikan) Bahan cokelat: • 200gr whipping cream • 1 kuning telur • Secubit garam • 1/2sdt vanilla extract • 130gr dark compound chocolate Colatta Setelah campurin semua bahan, aduk merata kemudian panaskan di api sedang sampai mendidih. It’s so creamy with such a good kick of coffee, you’d never be able to guess I made it without eggs! ☕️ I used @continentalcoffeeindia ’s 100% pure instant coffee for this recipe and the flavour is bang on! I can’t wait to make more coffee flavoured desserts super soon! ❤️ For the base- 120g crushed biscuits 30g melted butter For filling- 300g cream cheese 50g caster sugar 120g cream 200g condensed milk 1 tablespoon corn flour 2 tablespoons @continentalcoffeeindia instant coffee 1 tablespoon water Milk chocolate ganache and whipped cream, to top Method- 1. Combine the crushed biscuits and melted butter and press the mixture into the base of a 7 inch springform pan. 2. To make the filling, whisk together the cream cheese and caster sugar. 3. Stir in the cream, condensed milk and corn flour. 4. Dissolve the coffee powder in warm water and stir that into the cheesecake batter. 5. Pour the batter over the biscuit base and bake at 160C for 25-30 minutes in a water bath. 6. BEST 👏 DAIRY 👏 FREE 👏 CHEESECAKE 👏 EVER 👏 PERIOD 👏 ✨FULL RECIPE✨ FOR THE CRUST: 3 oz Violife plant butter 7 oz graham cracker or digestive biscuits in crumbs FOR THE FILLING: 29 oz Violife just like cream cheese block 14 oz Plant Based Heavy Cream (Flora cream 31%) 7 oz sugar 2 oz chickpea Flour 3 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 lemon zest from 1 lemon 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice jam & fresh fruits for serving (optional) DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat the convection oven to 335°F 2. Make the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the digestive crumbs, melted butter and stir until well combined. Press the crumbs into an even layer on the bottom of the prepared pan. 3. Make the batter: In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or beaters, beat the cream cheese, the flora cream, sugar, and chickpea flour on medium speed until just smooth. Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl to be sure the mixture is evenly combined. Add the vanilla, lemon zest, lemon juice and beat on low speed until just combined well. 4. Pour the batter on top of the crust evenly and bake for around 55min or until you have a nice golden brown color. 5. Take it out and let it rest for 1 hour and cool done. Then cover with plastic wrap and transfer to the refrigerator to cool for at least 8 hours or overnight. FOR SERVING: Remove the sides of the springform pan.
