FOLLOW me and SHARE this (paper plane icon) to receive more simple unprocessed Italian recipes from me 😊 DRY INGREDIENTS 3 cups of oats 1 cup pumpkin seeds 1 cup flaked almonds 1 cup of chopped nuts (I used Brazil nuts) 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon A large pinch of salt 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey 1/2 cup peanut butter Mix the dry ingredients Mix the wet ingredients on a gentle heat until until combined and smooth Mix all together and spread on a baking tray / make sure it’s well packed in and press firmly into base. Make sure it’s not too thick otherwise spread over 2 trays. Preheat oven to 150C Bake for 35-45mins turning the tray regularly. Make sure you keep checking it that it doesn’t burn (especially on the edges) Allow to cool fully before you break it up. 🫐Not kidding, my husband asked if we could eat this weekly. 🤫 Be sure and SAVE this recipe for later! ⭐️Comment RECIPE and I’ll send the printable recipe plus two other make ahead breakfasts to your DMs. ⭐️ 🫐Overnight Blueberry Coffee Cake🫐 3 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup sugar 10TB butter 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp baking powder 2-1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup blueberries TOPPING 3/4 cup flour 1/4 cup sugar 6TB butter 1/4 tsp cinnamon large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy and fluffy. Add the yogurt, eggs and milk and stir. Add vanilla and honey and stir again. Fold in baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour, and stir just until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Prepare the crumb topping by cutting the cold butter into flour until crumbly. Add salt, cinnamon and stir. Set aside. In the morning, preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 baking dish. Spread the cold batter into the baking dish and sprinkle blueberries and topping over the batter. I was shocked when I learned this. We’ve been hearing for years that bread isn’t good. But it isn’t the bread, it’s the flour and the process and additives that are causing health problems from bread. Good bread starts with good grains. I buy my grains from @grandtetonfamily because not only are they organic, but they use the most primitive grains that exist, which ensure they have not been genetically modified to lose their nutrition. They also ship their wheat in paper bags risking water damage to ensure they are not exposed to plastic packaging and microplastics. Comment WHEAT for a link to their website! Steps to milling your own flour: 1. Purchase organic wheat 2. Purchase or acquire a grain mill COMMENT MILL for my favorite one 3. Find a fresh-milled recipe (I have several on my website) 4. Personally I think homemade Greek yoghurt like this is elite in taste- soooo creamy! No Instant Pot? Here’s how: 1. Heat milk on the stove until just before boiling (82°C / 180°F). 2. Let it cool to 43°C (110°F). 3. Stir in 2 tbsp yoghurt starter. 4. Pour into clean jars. 5. Wrap jars in a towel and place in a warm spot (like an oven with the light on or a turned-off microwave) for 8–12 hours. 6. Chill in the fridge to set. Once you’ve made it once, you can save a few spoonfuls as your next starter. When you crave for egg puff , one of the easiest way to enjoy and it tastes way better than store bought ones 😛😍❤️ For the base : 250 grams maida ( 2 cups ) 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 150 ml of water ( 3/4 cup ) Mix everything to a smooth dough and let it sit for half an hour and then shape it in to small balls and let it sit ( in ghee 100g + oil 5 tbsp ) for 1.5 hours minimum…. For the masala I used oil + fennel seeds + onion + ginger garlic paste + tomato + Garam masala + coriander powder + cumin powder + chilli powder + tomato ketchup + coriander leaves + salt …. My NO KNEAD Focaccia. 5mins prep, 3 ingredients, completely unprocessed. SAVE THIS as once you try this you won’t buy store bought bread again! After the huge success of my no knead bread; I was determined to find an equally easy focaccia recipe. There are lots of no knead recipes online, but I have to say this one is fools proof. US CUP measurements at the bottom of this post. 500g high protein bread or Tipo 00 flour for pasta or pizza 7g quick acting yeast 40-60ml Extra Virgin Olive oil 400ml warm water 13g fine salt 50ml Warm water TOPPINGS Sprinkle of rock salt or flaked salt Optional extras: olives, rosemary stalks, onions finely sliced and marinaded in olive oil, water and salt, cherry tomatoes etc METHOD Mix your flour, 40ml olive oil, 400ml warm water and yeast together in a bowl. Mixing with a spoon is fine. Cover with cling film and leave to rest in a warm place for 30mins. Dissolve 13g fine salt in 50ml warm water & add to the dough. Mix until combined. Leave to rest for 3hours in a warm place. Once risen, transfer the dough to a lined high sided, lined baking tray that is no bigger than 30x20cm. Use non stick baking paper to line the tray. Allow the dough to rise for 10mins in the tray and then drizzle the remaining olive oil over the top, plus a generous pinch of rock salt or flaked salt. Wet your fingers and then make holes in the dough which the oil can sink into. Use extra toppings if you like. Don’t over top your focaccia – choose only 1 topping, max 2. I love to marinade sliced onions in oil, water and salt and then I squeeze them together and let them rest for at least half hour before topping. Before cooking, pre-heat your oven to 220C (fan) Put in oven for approx 30mins until the focaccia is baked and golden brown (and sounds hollow when tapped underneath). Once baked, lift out of the tray and place on a wire rack to cool. US CUP CONVERSION 4 cups flour 1.5tsp instant yeast (or 1 sachet) 1tbsp olive oil 2 cups warm water (after 30mins dissolve 1tsp salt in 1/4 cup warm water) Follow TOPPINGS and METHOD above #noknead #focaccia #howtoliveto100 #cookfromscratch #bread #unprocessed

The flavors & textures are addictive 🙏 • • • One medium head cauliflower, cut into florets 1 can chickpeas, skins removed 2 1/2 tbsp honey, plus more for serving (use agave for vegan) 3 tbsp olive oil ¾ tbsp paprika 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp garlic powder ¾ tsp salt 1 ripe avocado, chopped ½ cup chopped parsley ⅓ cup red onion, minced 1 tbsp lime juice ¼ cup Sunflower seeds • • 1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 425. 2️⃣ Add the cauliflower and chickpeas to a sheet pan, toss with the olive oil, honey, paprika, cumin, garlic powder and salt. Toss to combine. 3️⃣ Spread the mixture onto a sheet pan, roast for 30-35 minutes, until tender and brown. 4️⃣ Add the roasted cauliflower and chickpeas to a bowl with the avocado, parsley, onion, sunflower seeds and lime juice,.
