Avoid making these 2 common mistakes: ❌ Arching your lower back ❌ Rushing through the movement Tips: ✅ Lie on your back with knees bent 90°, arms straight above your shoulders. ✅ Brace your core and flatten your lower back into the floor. ✅ Slowly extend your right arm and left leg, keeping tension in your abs. ✅ Bring them back to start and repeat on the opposite side. ✅ Breathe steadily — exhale as you extend, inhale as you return. Quando você mantém a coluna estável, controla a respiração e move as extremidades sem deixar o tronco “dançar”, você treina o core para o que ele realmente foi feito: estabilizar, transferir força e proteger sua coluna. Ini cocok untuk teman-teman yang mempunyai keluhan sakit pinggang, Sakit pinggul , cedera lutut, dan cedera ankle dikarenakan akan membantu meningkatkan stabilitas dari sendi-sendi penunjangnya.
