Bei AuDHS Menschen treten Einschlaf-und Durchschlafstorungen oft auf. Doch kennst du schon diese? 1. #dsps (Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome) Das verzögerte Schlafphasensyndrom ist gekennzeichnet durch eine Storung des Schlaf-Wach-Rhythmus, wodurch es zu sehr spätem Einschlafen kommt. Danach wird idR durchgeschlafen, oft bis mittags. Menschen mit diesem Syndrom gehen oft erst in den frühen Morgenstunden ins Bett, idR zwischen 1 bis 6 Uhr. Der Eigenrhythmus dieser Menschen ist oft größer als 24 h und der eigene Rhythmus wird nur sehr schlecht mit dem 24 h Tagesrhythmus synchronisiert. 25,8 % der Menschen mit ADHS leiden an diesem Syndrom. Bei Jugendlichen sind es 5-10 % und im Alter zwischen 15-25 Jahren verstellt sich die innere Uhr nochmal um ca. 2 Stunden nach hinten. 2. #non24 (Non-24-hour-sleep-wake Disorder) Hierbei kommt es zu täglich wechselnden Schlafenszeiten, die sich allmählich um Minuten bis Stunden verzögern, bis sich die Schlafenszeiten rund um die Uhr erstrecken. Es handelt sich um eine zirkadiane Schlafstörung, bei der die biologische Uhr nicht mit dem 24 h Tag synchronisiert. Aber auch die Körpertemperatur und die Hormone passen nicht zum 24 h Rhythmus. Dagegen anzukämpfen führt zu schwerem und kumulativem Schlafmangel. Beide Schlafstörungen treten vermehrt bei PDA auf.
