Easter lamb cake decoration 🐣🐰😁 I didn't had a chance to post this lamb cake recipe last week, because we were laying down in bed with covid, our whole family 😌But we are all ok back to normal, so at least Happy Easter to those who celebrate this weekend 🐣💛 Hopefully you might still have a chance to make this lamb cake. Lamb cake recipe 4 eggs (yolks and egg whites separately ) ¾ cup of regular sugar 1 cup cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp of baking powder 1 tsp of vanilla extract 1 cup whipping cream Zest from one small lemon butter & all-purpose flour for the lamb mold from @wiltoncakes Reheat the oven to 180 C, middle rack. Take the 4 eggs and separate the egg yolks and egg whites in two separate bowls. Butter and flour the lamb mold and set aside.Whisk the sugar with egg-yolks until white and creamy. Add in the whipping cream and vanilla extract and whisk until well incorporated. In another bowl, sift together all-purpose flour with baking powder and lemon zest. Add it into the creamed eggs in two batches, set aside. Take the egg whites and whisk them until stiff peaks. Carefully fold the whisked egg whites into the dough with a rubber spatula. Pour the dough into the floured lamb mold and close the second part of the lamb mold according to the instructions of the manufacturer. Place the mold in a preheated oven at 180 ºC and bake for 45 minutes. Allow the baked lamb to cool and then remove it from the mold. Agneau pascal 🐑🍰 Pour préparer ce gâteau, il vous faut : 225 g de beurre, 125 g de sucre semoule, 1 sachet de sucre vanillé, le zeste d’un citron bio, 1 pincée de sel, 3 œufs, 5g de levure chimique, 50 g de fécule de maïs, 175 g de farine et de sucre glace pour saupoudrer Préchauffer le four à 160 °C Mélanger le beurre fondu, le sucre semoule, le sucre vanillé, le zeste de citron bio et une pincée de sel au fouet jusqu’à obtenir une consistance crémeuse. Incorporer les œufs, puis tamiser la levure chimique, la fécule et la farine sur le mélange précédent puis assembler les deux matières jusqu’à une texture homogène de pâte. Beurrer les deux moitiés du moule. Introduire les tiges dans les ouvertures triangulaires pour que les deux parties du moule soient bien attachées ensemble. Poser le moule sur une tôle à pâtisserie recouverte de papier sulfurisé et verser la pâte de manière homogène. Faire cuire dans le bas du four pendant 50 à 60 minutes. Comme les caractéristiques de cuisson peuvent varier d’un four à l’autre, nous conseillons de vérifier la cuisson. Pour ce faire, enfoncer un pique en bois ou un cure-dent dans le centre du gâteau. Lorsque le gâteau est cuit, il doit ressortir sec. Laisser tiédir le gâteau env. 10 minutes dans le moule, puis le démouler avec précaution et le laisser refroidir. Rectifier la base du gâteau si nécessaire trop cuite.
