GLUTE FIRE HYDRANT POINTERS Fire hydrants are a great way to target your: -Gluteus medius, which is located on the side of the hip. ... -Gluteus maximus, which is the largest of the glute muscles -Hip adductors, which bring the leg toward the midline of the body. -Hip abductors, which help move the leg away from the midline of the body. It is one of the exercises I use a lot to target the muscles closest to my ‘hip dip’ to help fill out the area. I’m using a weight but you can also use a resistance band of strap and cable machine. After how much the last pointer video got shared, I definitely think it’s a good idea to keep going with these quick and to the point form videos. Let me know if there’s any specific exercise you want me to do a pointer video for.
