So we started thinking outside our category. We created PDQs, the same type of displays you see sitting at the front of almost every major retailer. Now we're not just selling to the people looking for flashlights. We're selling to everyone walking into the store. The guy grabbing milk. The camper buying supplies. The mom picking up groceries. Same product. Different placement. If you're trying to grow your product or scale your business, sometimes the breakthrough isn't the product… It's the positioning. Don't be afraid to think outside your category.
