Place on medium heat, and cook without stirring until mixture reaches a temperature of 240 F. While this is heating, separate your eggs and beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. When the sugar mixture reaches 240 F, have your mixer on medium, and slowly pour the sugar syrup in a small steady stream into the beaten egg whites. Gradually increase your mixer to high, and beat for 7 minutes. Place in a airtight container and it will keep at room temperature for about 2 weeks! This is so good on almost anything, fruit, pancakes, waffles, you name it! Also you'll need the whole recipe for my next post😏

Fluffernutter bars!! pb and marshmallows are just meant to be together🤍🥜♥️😩✨ also why is it so hard to spread marshmallow fluff, I was struggling so hard lollll Ingredients: Peanut Butter Bars: - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp salt - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp - 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter - 1/2 cup granulated sugar - 1 cup light brown sugar, packed - 2 large eggs, room temp - 2 tsp vanilla extract Peanut Butter Filling: - 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter - 3 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp - 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted - 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Topping: - 1 (7 oz) jar of Marshmallow Fluff (you can also use more if you’d like!) Directions: - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 8x8 metal pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. - In a large bowl, beat the butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add both sugars and beat on med-high until pale and fluffy (approx. 2-3mins). - Reduce speed and add the eggs and vanilla. Beat until combined. - Add flour mixture and mix until just combined. - Place the dough into the prepared pan and press down to flatten slightly. - Bake for about 30 mins or until lightly browned and mostly set. Oven times may vary so watch it carefully! - Remove from oven and immediately use a cup or container to press firmly down in the center to create a well.  - Cool in pan for 10 mins then place on wire rack to cool completely. - For the peanut butter filling: Beat butter until creamy. Add peanut butter and beat until well combined (2-3 mins). - Add sifted powdered sugar in one 1/2 cup at a time and beat until combined. Add vanilla. - Add cream one Tbsp at a time until desired consistency. Beat on high for 3 minutes until fluffy. - Now let’s assemble it: Spread peanut butter filling into the well of the peanut butter bars then spread the marshmallow fluff on top. - Serve at room temperature and eat within 2-3 days. Or freeze for up to 4 weeks.

Easy Marshmallow Fluff Recipe!! 1/3 cups water 3/4 cup corn syrup 3/4 cup white granulated sugar 3/4 cup liquid egg whites (6 egg whites) 1/2 tsp cream of tarter 1 tsp vanilla A few drops of food colouring(optional) 1. Combine water, sugar, and corn syrup over medium heat bring it to 240F. 2. When sugar mixture is close to ready beat your egg whites and cream of tarter together until they form soft peaks. 3. Once sugar mixture reaches correct temp pour a small stream into your egg whites while the mixture is on medium. 4. Then beat on high for 7-8 mins. Until they form a stiff consistency. 5. Add in vanilla and food colouring. (Food colouring optional) Use for cupcakes, cakes, desserts or anything you would like. Welcome back to Make It Don’t Buy It, where I teach you how to make everyday foods you normally grab at the store right at home. Today we’re making homemade marshmallow fluff. Just like I always say, this isn’t about making everything from scratch all the time. It’s about knowing how, in case you ever need or want to. Some seasons you’ll make things like this, some seasons you won’t, and both are totally okay. Having the option matters. My goal is simply to know how to make things from scratch, so I have the option when I want or need to. This homemade fluff is a great alternative to the store-bought kind, which is often loaded with corn syrup. Gelatin is great also for your gut health because gelatin helps strengthen our stomach lining and supports good digestion. Plus, gelatin has glycine, an amino acid that balances out the sugar, so it won’t cause a blood sugar spike. Ingredients: -1 tablespoon gelatin -¼ cup water (for blooming) -1 cup honey -⅓ cup water (for cooking) -1 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions: -In a small bowl, combine the gelatin with ¼ cup water. Let it sit to bloom while you prepare the syrup. -In a saucepan, combine rest of the ingredients. Bring the mixture to a boil and heat until it reaches a high temperature (around 240°F), be cautious, it’s hot. -Pour the bloomed gelatin into a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. -With the mixer on low speed, slowly stream in the hot liquid. -Gradually increase the speed to high and whip until the mixture turns pale, thick, and fluffy. This may take 8–12 minutes, so be patient. -Transfer to a clean jar or container and refrigerate. -If the fluff becomes too firm in the fridge, simply place the jar in warm water for a few minutes to soften. Marshmallow Fluff (Crema de Marshmallow) Necesito que tengan MUY presente esta receta, porqueeeeee vamos a hacer una cuántas cosas lindas con esta base 😍 Conocen el Marshamallow Fluff original que se vende en el super de US? Esta es la versión casera y es perfecta!! Es MUY fácil y nos sirve para cubrir tortas, decorar cupcakes, rellenos de macarons, cookies, tartas y hasta se puede bañar con chocolate 🍫 🙌🙌 Es un reemplazo genial del buutercream o ganache. NO es merengue, es mucho mas consistente, estable y dura tapado en heladera HASTA 2 semanas!! INGREDIENTES: 1/4 de taza de agua 3/4 de taza de azúcar 3/4 de taza de jarabe de maíz o miel (puede usarse glucosa) 3 claras de huevo 1/2 cucharadita de cremor tártaro 1 Pizca de sal 1 1/2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla PREPARACION: Poner el agua, el azúcar y el jarabe de maíz en una cacerola mediana. Calentar a fuego hasta que la mezcla alcance los 120°C. Mientras se calienta el azúcar, batir las claras a punto nieve para que estén listas al mismo tiempo que el azúcar. Batir a velocidad media hasta que las claras estén espumosas. Aumentar la velocidad a y añadir el cremor tártaro y la sal. Seguir batiendo hasta que se formen picos suaves. Cuando el azúcar alcance los 120°C, retirarla del fuego y dejarla reposar durante unos 20 segundos. Con la batidora a alta velocidad, incorporar lentamente la mezcla de azúcar a las claras de huevo. Seguir batiendo durante 7 u 8 minutos, o hasta que el exterior del bol vuelva a estar a temperatura ambiente. Añadir la vainilla y mezclar hasta que se formen picos de consistencia media. Utilizar inmediatamente o guardar en un recipiente hermético en la heladera hasta 2 semanas.
