Getting your period 🩸 • Water retention and bloating hit • Scale jumps overnight and you panic • but don’t worry you didn’t gain any fat it will be gone in a couple days 3. Training hard but eating like a bird 🐦 • heavy weights + 1400 cals is not the answer • Strength stalls, muscles stay flat 4. Ego lifting with trash form 🗑️ • just an easy way to hurt yourself and look stupid at the same time • Joints hurt more than muscles • Congrats on the PR, welcome to physical therapy (real) 5.
