Tried everything for those tight hamstrings… You need to add these 2 exercises in consistently for a month and see how those hamstrings feel after that. 3x per week. 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps. To tightness. Don’t crank through like you are trying to rip them. That will make your nervous system fight back. Going to tightness allows your body to realize it’s ok and will give you more motion as you go.
