In interviews, we often say “HTTPS is secure, HTTP is not” — but the real reason is rarely explained properly.
In HTTP, data travels as plain text, which means anyone in between (like attackers or intermediaries) can read or intercept the packets.
In HTTPS, data is protected using TLS encryption.
TLS encrypts the communication between the client and the server, so even if someone captures the packets, they can’t understand the data.

In the clip, they ask Ryan for his Wi‑Fi and he keeps saying "the first one," which they think just means "pick the first network," so they keep asking "2.4 or 5G?" while he repeats "the first one, 2.4!" because that’s literally the network name.
When they finally move on to "What’s the password?", Ryan snaps a bit and says he’s busy and tells them to just check the back of the router, ending the whole pointless loop in the most realistic way possible. It’s hilarious because it perfectly captures that tech misunderstanding where both people are technically right but still stuck in a dumb argument.
