Across some of the world’s biggest tech and global companies, a surprising pattern keeps appearing — Indian-origin leaders at the top. From **Microsoft led by Satya Nadella, to **Google and **YouTube under Sundar Pichai and Neal Mohan, and companies like **Adobe led by Shantanu Narayen and **IBM under Arvind Krishna — Indian talent is shaping the direction of trillion-dollar corporations. Many of these leaders started their journeys with education and opportunities in India before rising through global companies with innovation, technical expertise, and strategic leadership. Their success reflects not only personal achievements but also the growing influence of Indian professionals in global business, technology, and management. As the world becomes more connected, leadership is no longer limited by geography. The rise of Indian CEOs across major international corporations shows how talent, education, and global exposure can turn individuals into decision-makers for companies worth trillions of dollars. The big question now: Is India truly becoming the CEO factory of the world, or is this just the beginning of an even bigger global influence? 🌍📈 #IndianCEOs #GlobalLeadership #IndianTalent #BusinessLeaders #TechIndustry StartupCulture GlobalBusiness Leadership IndiaInfluence BusinessWorld

Larry Ellison was abandoned as a child in New York. His mother gave him up. His adoptive father told him he’d never amount to anything. He dropped out of college twice. In 1977, at 32 years old, Ellison read a research paper from IBM about a new database programming language called SQL. He took that paper and built the first commercial SQL database. He founded Software Development Labs with $1,200 and two partners. That company became Oracle. Today, Oracle is worth $465 billion. Ellison owns 43% of it. His net worth: $205 billion—making him the third richest person in the world, nearly tied with Jeff Bezos. In 2000, Microsoft dominated tech and was facing an antitrust trial. Ellison suspected Microsoft was secretly funding “independent” research groups to release studies defending the company. So he hired private investigators to prove it. Their mission? Dig through Microsoft’s trash. Literally. The detectives posed as janitors and sifted through garbage bins outside pro-Microsoft research organizations. When the media exposed the operation, Ellison didn’t apologize. He said: “We weren’t spying. We were exposing the truth.” That’s Larry Ellison in one sentence. His philosophy is simple: “It’s not enough to win. All others must lose.” But here’s the twist: Ellison isn’t just a destroyer. He’s also a kingmaker. Steve Jobs was one of his closest friends. When Jobs was thrown out of Apple in 1985, Ellison stood by him. He even plotted to buy Apple, install Jobs as CEO, and give him 25% of the company. Jobs refused. He wanted to earn his way back. Now, at 80 years old, Ellison is focused on something bigger: making death optional. He’s donated over $350 million to anti-aging research. Most CEOs retire and fade into irrelevance. Ellison? He’s still swinging. P.S.: Larry Ellison didn’t just build Oracle — he built an empire by refusing to play by anyone else’s rules. In 2026, the real empire isn’t tech, it’s your personal brand. And unlike Oracle, it doesn’t take $1,200 or investor backing to start. Follow @scalewithbasem — I’ll show you how to build a content brand that compounds like Ellison’s networth, minus the lawsuits.

In 1980, Bill Gates and Paul Allen made a decision that changed tech history. They licensed DOS to IBM instead of selling it outright, keeping the rights while IBM shipped millions of PCs. That choice turned Microsoft into the toll booth of the personal computer era. They didn’t win by inventing first. They won by negotiating ownership. Sometimes the biggest empires are built not on ideas alone, but on who controls the upside. Follow (@entrepreneursonig) for everything related to entrepreneurs. I cut open a 5.25” floppy disk and ran just the magnetic film inside an IBM XT drive. This is how we recovered data from liquid spills on floppies back in the day. No shell. No protection. Just raw magnetic media spinning and the read/write head flying across it. Back then your data lived on a thin sheet of plastic coated in iron oxide… and somehow we trusted it with everything. Mechanical computing was wild. Would you have tried this in 1983? #RetroTech #IBMXT #FloppyDisk #VintageComputers

🚨 BREAKING Officials linked to Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) say that infrastructure belonging to several major U.S. technology companies could now be considered legitimate targets in the expanding conflict. According to reports citing Iranian state-affiliated media, the companies mentioned include: Microsoft Palantir Technologies Google Oracle Corporation Nvidia IBM Iranian outlets claim these companies’ offices, cloud infrastructure, and data centers in Israel and some Gulf countries may be linked to technologies used in military or intelligence systems. Iranian media described the situation as the conflict expanding into an “infrastructure war,” meaning economic and technology networks could become part of the battlefield if tensions continue to escalate. Analysts warn that targeting large tech infrastructure could have major global consequences, potentially affecting cloud services, banking systems, and digital networks worldwide. Five IBM employees quit on the same day. Their bosses laughed them out the door. The year was 1972. IBM had just turned down a massive opportunity in enterprise software. But these five engineers saw the writing on the wall. Their names? Dietmar Hopp, Hasso Plattner, Klaus Tschira, Claus Wellenreuther, Hans-Werner Hector. They started with no money. No venture capital. Companies were drowning in paper. Data was fragmented. Their insight: create one integrated system that connects everything. They called it SAP. First client? Imperial Chemical Industries. Built it in a garage. Then came R/2 — ran across departments on one database. No one else had this. By the 1990s, SAP was everywhere. Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Boeing, Walmart. Today, SAP is a $250 billion giant. Powers 77% of global transactions. Runs 99 of the Fortune 100. The founders? Became billionaires. Stayed behind the scenes. No hype. Just world domination through software. We post educational content daily.

👉Follow @money.knack for more insights like this! Larry Ellison might be the most maverick CEO in Silicon Valley. Abandoned as a child, he read an IBM SQL paper and turned $1,290 into the database empire Oracle. His loyalty to Steve Jobs ran so deep, he once planned to buy Apple and give Jobs 25%—Jobs refused. Ellison’s tactics were legendary: in 2000, convinced Microsoft was funding fake “independent” groups, he hired investigators to dig through their trash. He later sued Google for $9B over Java. Today, at 81, he’s worth $393B, funds anti-aging research, backed Musk’s Twitter deal, and still acts like he’s just getting started. #LarryEllison #Oracle #TechTitans #SiliconValleyLegend #BillionaireMoves
