The easiest 3 new memory secrets👇🏽🧠✅ As the world leading Smart Skills coach with over 22,725 students, these 3 NEW memory methods have proven to work time and time again 🧑🏽‍🔬 Try these memory methods to remember what you read faster and easier👇🏽 I - Interleaving Your memory will skyrocket if you simply read, stop then try to recall what you just read after a short break. Repeat this interleaving cycle on important information for best results 🔁 it is the BEST scientifically proven technique to boost memory after reading 📖 C - Chunking Break apart complex topics into simple ideas. These simple ideas are easily remembered by your brain which will help you NEVER forget what you are reading 🧠 E - Encoding ⚡️ If you have difficulty remembering what you read it’s likely you are passively reading without meaningful processing! To solve this encode what you read properly by summarising key ideas and linking new concepts to prior knowledge 🧠 I taught James ICE and he could effortlessly memorize all his essays and his notes for school 👩🏽‍🎓💯 COMMENT “ICE” and I’ll send you a FREE 31-page guide with 17+ proven strategies to get smarter ❤️👩🏽‍🎓 #study #studyhacks #studygram #memorize

📅 How to Memorise ANY Chapter in 30 Minutes ✨ If you can’t focus, keep procrastinating, or forget everything you study: try this 30-minute method inspired by Japanese students 👇 ⚡ Step 1: Beat Procrastination (3-2-1 Trick) When your mind refuses to start → Count 3… 2… 1… and open your book immediately. No thinking. No overthinking. Just start for 5 minutes. Your brain will naturally continue once you begin. 🇯🇵 Step 2: Japanese Method to Memorise Faster (30-Min Plan) 1️⃣ 0–5 mins → Skim the chapter Look at headings, bold words, diagrams. Your brain forms a quick “map” before memorising. 2️⃣ 5–15 mins → Read + Underline Key Lines Focus on ✔️ definitions ✔️ examples ✔️ cause–effect points ✔️ diagrams Keep it simple → don’t rewrite the whole book. 3️⃣ 15–25 mins → Japanese “Say it Out Loud” Method Close the book → Recite everything in your own words. Teach the wall. Teach your pillow. Teach the air. This is Active Recall, and it’s why Japanese students remember so fast. 4️⃣ 25–30 mins → Quick Rewrite Method Write the main points from memory on one sheet. This becomes your revision sheet for tomorrow. 🌿 Quick Memory Tips ✨ Use spaced repetition at night (2–3 mins review) ✨ Don’t memorise blindly → understand first ✨ Speak your answers instead of rereading ✨ Make mini diagrams, your brain remembers visuals You DON’T need hours. You just need the right method. 🤍✨ Follow @starbeanies for more calm, aesthetic study tips 🌿 🏷️:: #studytok #memorizationtips #studyhacks #japanesestudymethod #studyfaster #studymotivation #studentsuccess #studywithme #starbeanies

How to remember everything you learn Follow @vlogs_by_vaishnavi for study tips I am Dr.Vaishnavi @_not_just_a_doctor__ from JIPMER Stop forgetting what you learn Use simple 6-step M.E.M.O.R.Y method to remember everything you learn quickly and easily ⬇️ 💯M - Mnemonics Use this scientifically proven memory aid to help you remember information through association! Create acronyms, rhymes and symbols like what I’ve done with MEMORY 🧠E - Encoding Deeply encode what you learn to build your long term memory by using the Feynman technique! Teach what you’ve learned to better organise your knowledge and boost your memory 👩🏽‍🎓M - Mind Mapping Create a simple mind map to visualise the associations between ideas which organises information in the best possible way for memory retention! ❤️O - Overlearning Use this scientifically based principle to combat the forgetting curve and encode what you’ve learned into your long term memory! Do this by using spaced repetition of study sessions. R - Retrieval Practice Use active recall methods like blurting to build the neural pathways in your brain, improving memory rapidly! Y - Yoking Yoking is one of the most powerful yet little known techniques to develop a strong memory. These memory hacks are INSANELY effective ✅💯👩🏽‍🎓🧠 - THE HACKS: 1️⃣ Spaced Repetition - review content at regular, increasing intervals to help commit to long-term memory 📅 . 2️⃣ SQ3R - actively engage with anything you read using the following steps: Survey, Question, Read, Recite, and Review. Creating your own questions that you then answer when reading through the text makes it more engaging and memorable 🤓 . 3️⃣ Method of Loci - envision a common route or room, and make a list of all the objects you pass. Relate each object to a piece of content you have to memorise (e.g. your door handle is circular, like the shape of a ribosome, which produces protein for the cell). During your exam, walk through the route/room in your mind to bring back the information 🏡 . 4️⃣ Chewing Gum - memory is strongly associated with smell, so when you chew a certain flavour of gum whilst studying and chew the SAME flavour in your exam or test, it’ll stimulate the memories of the content you learnt! 🍊🍇 . 5️⃣ Doodling - if you doodle whilst reading, or listening to something, you are more likely to remember the information. This is because doodling stimulates your brain enough for you to stay focused and alert without providing too much distraction ✍🏽 - #studyhacks #studysmart #studytips #studywithme #studymotivation #studentlife #students #memory #memorytraining #memoryhacks #braintraining #worksmarternotharder #studentproblems

Have you ever learned something only to forget it within days? 🤔 In the 1880s, Ebbinghaus pioneered memory studies and discovered the Forgetting Curve, showing how memories fade quickly. For “non-meaningful” information (e.g. work presentations or interview answers), our brains can discard it in just days — just 3 days, according to research. There’s some good news here– All is not lost! If you want to remember something longer than just 3 days, Chun & Heo (2018) discovered an optimal review frequency to help you retain the content. After you first learn whatever it is you want to remember, 1️⃣ Review it on Day 1 3️⃣ Review it on Day 3 6️⃣ And review it again on Day 6 Voilà! The secret to memory mastery. 💪 What techniques do you find effective for boosting your memory and retaining information?
