This method is based of spaced repetition 💕📚✍🏻✨📃 Principle of this method is to revise the topic before you start forgetting what you already learnt, so you will cover it again in order to fix it in your long term memory👀🙇🏻‍♀️ SAVE THIS FOR LATER‼️ How to apply 2-3-5-7 method:- 1️⃣Revise today ✔️ 2️⃣Revise in two days(2) 3️⃣Revise again the next day(3) 4️⃣Revise again after two days(5) 5️⃣Revise again after two days(7) . . After 7 days of revision, your brain will have absorbed all the information in your long term memory, research shows this is one of the most effective ways to store important information in your long term memory✔️💯 . . . . . . . . . . . . . ignore 🏷️ #spacedrepetition #longterm #memory #memorykeeping #memorise #study #studygram #studymotivation #studynotes #studyaesthetic #studystudystudy #aesthetic #aestheticnotes #prettynotes #medschool #medicine #medico #medicos #medicolife #medicinestudent #studyinspo #studywithme #explore #fyp #fypシ #foryou #foryoupage #inspo #uni #unilife

5 steps for memorizing faster and easier! ⬇️ 🧠 1. Use spaced repetition. This is a technique where you strategically space out information and review and recall the information until it is learned. It is extremely effective for long term memory recall! 2. Use mnemonics, acronyms, and other tricks. Simple tricks like these help you remember groups of information that go together, or difficult concepts. 3. Write it down! Research shows that writing by hand on physical paper improves memory. I used to do this to memorize words in Spanish. It’s more active than just reading concepts from a page or a screen. 4. Have someone quiz you. You can also make a quiz for yourself, but another person can give you clues that get your brain moving, or they can show you a special trick that they find helpful. Two minds IS better than one. 5. Finally, practice active recall. Ultimately, to memorize fast, the easiest and most effective way to do it is by forcing your brain to retrieve the information- active learning vs passive learning. Use the tips above (which are active methods) to stimulate your memory. #memorization #studytips #studyhacks #studyharder #studyhabits #studyhack #studyhelp #studyadvice #studyingtips #studyinghard #studyspo #studyspiration #studyspace #studywithme #studyvlog #studyingmotivation #studymotivation #productivitytips #productivityhacks #productivemindset #motivationtostudy #motivationtosucceed #howtostudy #studydesk #finalsweek #finalsweekgotmelike #examstress #examseason #exampreparation

Create acronyms, rhymes and symbols like what I’ve done with MEMORY 🧠 E - Encoding Deeply encode what you learn to build your long term memory by using the Feynman technique! Teach what you’ve learned to better organise your knowledge and boost your memory 👩🏽‍🎓 M - Mind Mapping Create a simple mind map to visualise the associations between ideas which organises information in the best possible way for memory retention! ❤️ O - Overlearning Use this scientifically based principle to combat the forgetting curve and encode what you’ve learned into your long term memory! Do this by using spaced repetition of study sessions. R - Retrieval Practice Use active recall methods like blurting to build the neural pathways in your brain, improving memory rapidly! Y - Yoking Yoking is one of the most powerful yet little known techniques to develop a strong memory. To use it create associations or links between what you already know and what you are learning to improve encoding and develop long term memory with ease 🏆 I taught Max (year 10) MEMORY and he went from 41% to 100% in his last math exam! The 2357 revision method is based on the same concept as spaced repetition, however it incorporates the forgetting curve into it. The key with this method is, right before you start forgetting what you learnt, you cover it again to help it stick in your long term memory. This is how you apply the 2357 method: Revise today Then Revise in two days (2) Then revise the next day (3) Then revise again in two days (5) Then revise again in two days (7) After the 7 days, you will have absorbed the information into your long-term memory. According to research, you can store information in your long-term memory if you just follow this 2357 revision technique! #studygram #studymotivation #study #motivation #setup #kawaiiaesthetic

Step-by-Step HERE ⬇️ Save for later 🥂 The 5-step ‘R.E.A.D.Y.’ Method👇 R – Retrieve, Don’t Reread 🔄 Stop rereading your notes. ✅ Instead, close the book and try to recall everything you just learned. ✅ Retrieval strengthens memory faster than anything else. E – Encode with Emotion & Visuals 🎨🧠 Your brain forgets facts but remembers feelings and images. ✅ Turn what you read into wild mental images or short stories. ✅ Link it to emotions to lock it in. A – Apply Active Recall Notes 📝 Don’t write long, boring summaries. ✅ Instead, write your notes as questions and quiz yourself later. ✅ This keeps your brain active, not passive. D – Divide with the Leitner System 📦 Not all flashcards are equal. ✅ Review hard ones more often and easy ones less. ✅ This saves time and builds long-term memory. Y – Yoke to What You Know 🧩 New info sticks better when it’s connected. ✅ Use mind maps or real-life links to tie it to things you already understand. ✅ This turns short-term learning into deep knowledge. 🪄 Comment “Grow” if you want to learn how to grow and monetize on Instagram without showing your face! 🗣️:: How to Improve long term memory ╰┈➤ ❝ [💬:: In the past, I had a tough time with memorization, you know? It was hard for me to keep things in my head after just memorising them, which really frustrated. Here are some tips you can use.]❞ 📝:: TIPS ‣ Memorise in chunks: Break down complex information into smaller, manageable chunks. It’s easier to remember and retain smaller pieces of information rather than trying to memorize large amounts at once. ‣ Take regular break: Another tip is to take regular breaks in between these chunks, so that you can give yourself enough time to process what you’ve just memorized and fully understand the content. ‣ Read out loud: When you read out oud, you engage multiple senses simultaneously-sight, hearing, and sometimes even touch if you use your finger to follow along. This multisensory approach can enhance your understanding and reten the information better. Try this strategy: - Read from your notes in your head - Close your eyes and recite what you just read in your head - Read from your notes out loud - Close your eyes and recite what you just read out loud ‣ Teach it to someone: When you teach a concept to someone else, you have to organize your thoughts, explain the material in a clear and concise manner, and answer questions. This process deepens your understanding and helps you retain the information better. ‣ Revise regularly: Use 7-5-3-1 rule. What is 7-5-3-1 rule? 7-5-3-1 rule is a mnemonic technique used for memorizing information in the long term. By reviewing the information on the first day (1), then after 2 days (3), then after 2 more days (5), and finally after 2 more days (7), you can enhance the retention and recall of the information over an extended period. 😴 People who go to bed late and wake up early, often called “short sleepers,” operate on minimal rest, typically clocking in fewer than six hours of sleep per night. This lifestyle can stem from necessity—think high-powered professionals, students cramming for exams, or parents juggling multiple responsibilities—or from personal choice, like night owls chasing creative bursts or early risers seizing quiet morning hours. While some thrive on this schedule, boasting productivity and discipline, others face health risks like chronic fatigue, weakened immunity, or heightened stress. Studies suggest a small subset of the population may have genetic traits allowing them to function well on less sleep, but for most, this pattern is unsustainable without deliberate habits like napping or strict time management. The trade-offs of this sleep pattern shape both daily life and long-term well-being. Late-night hours can foster deep focus or socializing, free from daytime distractions, while early mornings offer clarity and a head start on tasks. However, consistently burning the candle at both ends can lead to burnout, mood swings, or cognitive decline, as sleep is critical for memory consolidation and emotional regulation. Those who manage this lifestyle often rely on caffeine, exercise, or structured routines to stay sharp, but the body’s need for rest eventually demands its due. The allure of maximizing waking hours is strong, yet balancing productivity with recovery remains a delicate dance for these individuals.
