Kneeling side leg lifts 7. Plank steps Repeat each move slow and steady until your muscles are tired, or you can make it circuits and do 10 each x3! This is your reminder to stop letting that loop band collect dust in your drawer… If lifting groceries, carrying laundry, or picking up your kids or grandkids feels harder than it should… it’s time to wake your upper body up. We’re not just training for looks; we’re training for life. Strong, functional arms and shoulders make everything you do outside the gym easier (and safer). The problem? Most people are walking around with inactive triceps, weak shoulders, and biceps that haven’t been challenged since 2004. If you want to feel stronger, move better, and stop yelling every time you reach overhead, you need to bust out the loop band and get to work! 1️⃣ Banded Bicep Curls – Keep tension the entire time. 2️⃣ Diagonal/Lateral Shoulder Raise – Hit smaller stabilizers you’ve been ignoring. 3️⃣ Banded Tricep Press-Outs – Build strength where most people are weakest. What to do: ⚡️10 reps of each exercise ⚡️Complete one whole side, feel the burn and then switch to the other side ⚡️Repeat the circuit X3 🧭 20 second break between exercise sets to get your breath back 🧘‍♀️ 1 minute rest between circuits All you need is 20 minutes and minimal space to get that side body working!
