What’s a really good homemade bread I can make for everyday sandwiches, toast, and snacking straight from the loaf? ✔️Comment “SEND RECIPE” and I’ll DM it to you! This. This is the one. Soft, chewy, nutty, seedy. You get the vibe. Better than store-bought and honestly kind of therapeutic to make. Multigrain Bread (1 loaf): 2 cups bread flour ½–1 cup whole wheat flour ½ cup multigrain cereal (or quick oats) 1½ tsp kosher salt 2 tsp instant yeast 2½ Tbsp honey ½ cup warm water ¾ cup warm milk 3 Tbsp melted butter (or oil of choice) Optional: 2 Tbsp seeds (flax/chia/sunflower/etc) Mix dry stuff. Add wet stuff. Knead into a soft dough. Let it rise 1 hr. Shape into a loaf, rise again. Optional egg wash + seed topping. Bake 350°F for 35–40 min. Although this is an episode of my series baking bread, I was so confused if I should count this in healthier with Parth or baking bread 😂 Also sorry for the soar throat 🥲 . This bread has oats, jowar, ragi, bajra and atta! Can it be any more healthier? Yess :P it can! You can use jaggery instead of sugar and skip the butter :) . Ingredients- Atta - 1.5 cups Ragi - 1/4 cup Jowar - 1/4 cup Bajra - 1/4 cup Flax seed - 1 Tbsp Pumpkin seed - 1 tbsp White Sesame seed - 1 tbsp Black sesame seed - 1 tbsp Melon seed - 1 tbsp Chia seeds - 1 tsp Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp oats - 1/4 cup 2 tbsp caster sugar Salt - 1 tsp Water - 1 cup 1 + 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast Oil - 2 tbsp . Bake in a preheated oven at 190 c until cooked through! Try this out :) it has a very good shelve life too! 100% Aata Bread🍞 filled with Multigrain seeds is super healthy & tastes incredible 🥰 . Ingredients :- 🍞Whole Wheat Flour- 240gm 🍞Yeast- 4gm 🍞Powder Sugar- 12gm 🍞Water- 180ml 🍞Salt- 5gm 🍞Oil- 8gm . Method :- - In a bowl mix together aata, yeast & powder sugar. - ⁠Add water & bring it together. - ⁠Knead until you get partial window pane. This will take about 10-12 minutes. - ⁠Next add salt & oil & again knead it for 2 mins. - ⁠Transfer it to a bowl, cling wrap & let it proof for 1 hour. - ⁠Punch it back & add multigrain seeds. Knead it for a minute. - ⁠Roll it out & shape it as shown in the video. Tuck it well. - ⁠Cover & let it again proof for 45 mins. - ⁠Milk wash & add seeds on top. - ⁠Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200•C for 28-30 mins. - ⁠Once baked brush butter or ghee & let it cool down. - ⁠Slice & Enjoy. . . This bread is so good, and good for you! 🤯 Multi-grain bread, made simple… Here’s my Free Recipe: Multi Grain Bread 2½ cups water 110° 5 ½ cups Bread Flour 5 tbsp oil 5 tbsp honey ⅔ cup hulled sunflower seeds 1 cup large flake oats 5 tbsp sesame seeds 5 tbsp flax seeds 3 tsp salt 6¼ tsp active dry yeast Combine the yeast, water and 1 tbsp honey together for approximately 5 minutes. After about 5 minutes, add the oil, salt, and remaining sugar. mix together for about a minute. Begin to add the flour. You will do this in thirds. Add the first third of flour and give it a minute to begin to incorporate into the liquid mixture. Once it has incorporated well, add the second. Repeat this with the third and final mixture. Increase the speed of the mixer to about medium. At this point the dough should begin to form and pull away from the sides of the bowl. Add the oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and flax seeds to the mixture. If you have made any additions to the recipe, such as pumpkin seeds… Allow the dough to knead for a few more minutes, no more than about five. Remove the dough from the bowl onto a floured surface. Knead it and shape it into a ball. Deposit the ball in a lightly oiled bowl for approximately 2 hours or until the ball has doubled in size. After 2 hours, remove the dough from the bowl and punch it down. Divide the ball into equal pieces. Shape each to the size of your (greased) loaf pan and cover. Allow the bread to rise for about 45 to 60 minutes, until it’s crowned about 1 inch above the edge of the pan. Bake in a 350°oven for 35-40 minutes (internal temperature 190°) Remove the loaves from the pans and place them on a cooling rack. We can do hard things!! Packed with protein and fibre from buckwheat, it’s diet friendly and it will keep you fuller for longer. After seeing a few versions online, I couldn’t wait to try. 💡Did you know? Buckwheat is richer in protein and antioxidants than wheat and rice. It’s a complete protein containing all nine essential amino acids. Additionally, buckwheat has a low glycemic index, helping to stabilize blood sugar levels, and it also aids in lowering cholesterol levels due to its antioxidant properties. Ingredients for a small loaf: 300g buckwheat groats 120ml water 1/2 teaspoon salt Mixed seeds for topping (optional) Method: Rinse the buckwheat groats, then soak them in water in a bowl overnight, covered with a kitchen towel. In the morning, drain the buckwheat WITHOUT RINSING, then blend them with water and salt until creamy. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it ferment for 24 hours at room temperature. After 24 hours, transfer the mixture to a bread mould brushed with oil to prevent sticking, then top with seeds if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once baked, you can store the bread in the fridge for 2-3 days. Toast it before serving to regain its crunchiness. آموزش نان تُست چند غله (بدون بهبوددهنده) ،Multi Grain bread🍞 در قالب سایز ۲۰ در ۱۰ The translation of the recipe is in the pinned comment. مواد لازم : آرد نان : ۲۰۰ گرم آرد کامل گندم: ۵۰ گرم آرد چاودار: ۵۰ گرم آرد جو: ۵۰ گرم مخلوط دانه های دلخواه: ۳۰ گرم (تخم کتان،آفتابگردان، چیا، کنجد سیاه و سفید…) آب : ۲۰۰ تا ۲۵۰ گرم (با توجه به میزان جذب آردها) مایه خمیر فوری: ۵ گرم شیر خشک : ۲۰ گرم(نصف آب دستور رو میتونید با شیر به جای شیر خشک جایگزین کنید) نمک: ۷ گرم شکر قهوه ای یا سفید: ۱۰ گرم کره : ۲۵ گرم طرز تهیه : کمترین میزان آب+ شکر+شیرخشک رو مخلوط کنید سپس تمام مواد خشک و کره رو اضافه کنید و ده دقیقه ورز دهید،اگر خمیرتون سفت بود ،کم کم باقی آب رو اضافه کنید و ده دقیقه ورز دهید و در یک دقیقه آخر دانه هارو با اسپری کردن آب به خمیر اضافه کنید و ورز دهید.خمیرو یک چانه کنید و در کاسه ی چرب با درپوش ۵۰ تا ۶۰ دقیقه در دمای محیط استراحت دهید. سپس خمیرو از کاسه در بیارید و طبق ویدئو آموزشیم پهن و رول کنید و در آب و بعد در مخلوط دانه ها بغلطانید و در قالب نان تست به مدت ۶۰ تا ۷۵ دقیقه استراحت دهید(تا خمیر دوبرابر شود) و سپس در فر از قبل داغ شده با دمای ۱۹۰ درجه ی سانتیگراد به مدت ۳۵ تا ۴۵ دقیقه بپزید. میتونید از بخار آب در فرتون استفاده کنید.سپس از قالب خارج کنید و چند ساعتی بذارید خنک بشه و بعد برش بزنید. #پروین_پرنان #نان #نام_تست #نان_تست_چند_غله #نان_خانگی #multigrainbread
