Here’s a little look at some dark mode notes I’ve been working on lately. I love how the colors pop against the dark background — it makes highlighting key ideas so much easier and honestly makes studying feel a bit more fun.
For these notes I’m using the ring binder digital journal by @littledigitalplans , which has been perfect for organizing my classes in one place while still giving that classic binder feel. Digital note-taking has really changed the way I study — everything is easy to find, easy to edit, and always with me on my iPad.

OPLees, subrayas, relees... y aún así no se te queda nada? 😩
Tranqui, no es que no valgas para estudiar. Es que no te han enseñado a hacerlo con cabeza.
Te presento el método SQER, mi técnica favorita para dejar de perder tiempo y empezar a estudiar en serio.
Son solo 4 pasos, pero cambian todo:
S – Selecciona
No intentes memorizar todo. Elige lo importante, lo que se repite, lo que tiene lógica o lo que te pueden preguntar. Si todo te parece importante, ¡nada lo es! Recuerda es NORMAL y imposible controlar TODO el temario 🫂
Q – Pregunta
Convierte el contenido en preguntas. En vez de leer en modo zombi 🧟, hazte preguntas tipo:
“¿Cómo lo explicaría a alguien?” No caigas en la trampa del falso aprendizaje que crees que sabes porque todo te suena.
E – Estudia activamente
Nada de solo leer o subrayar. Haz esquemas, mapas mentales, graba audios, explica en voz alta, ¡lo que sea menos pasividad!
R – Recuerda sin mirar
La clave está aquí: intenta recuperar la info de memoria, sin chuletas. Eso es lo que entrena tu cerebro de verdad. Repite este paso en distintos días para que se fije.
Con este método no solo memorizas más, también entiendes mejor y te enfrentas al falso aprendizaje que nos da cuando releemos.
