JEHow bad do you want it? Friends, I’ve been training hard-core since November, and my first competition was on May 4th at @floridagrandprix by @theserge_s . I placed very well, especially considering I hadn’t competed in 15 years. July 12th was a big win with 4 first-place trophies at the fab @npcsouthernstates by @mbfitpro 🏆🏆🏆🏆! Shout out to my coach, Coach Cluke @coachcluke of Flex Appeal Miami, for pushing me to the next level and being all business, professional, punctual, and straightforward. That’s what an athlete needs when big goals are ahead. No time for buffoonery or small talk. All work, no talk = results!
Now, we are preparing to train insane for the next four weeks leading up to August 31st for the North American championships by @garyudit , where my intentions are to earn my IFBB pro card!
In all reality, I’ve been training hard-core, dieting, and dialing it in since November—that will be nine months straight! How bad do you want it? This is no talk, all action.
