1️⃣ Lack of Counterbalance: If you’re muscling through the lift without using each other’s weight, it’ll feel heavy and unsafe. Learn to share the load.
2️⃣ Poor Timing: If the base and flyer aren’t moving as one, the lift will feel off. Breathe together, prep together, move together.
3️⃣ Unclear Intentions: If you’re unsure where or how you’re going, your partner will be too. Visualize the pathway and commit to it.
