It’s golden, flaky, and absolutely irresistible! 📝 Ingredients (Serves 6–8) 🥬 Filling 1 lb (450g) fresh spinach (or 10 oz frozen, thawed & squeezed dry) 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup crumbled feta cheese ¼ cup ricotta (optional, for creaminess) 2 eggs, lightly beaten 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried) 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional but traditional) Salt & black pepper to taste 🥮 Pastry 8–10 sheets phyllo dough (thawed) ½ cup melted butter or olive oil (for brushing) 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1️⃣ Prepare the Filling Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. In a saucepan, whisk together milk, cream, cornstarch, sugar, and rose water (or vanilla) until fully dissolved. 2. Place over medium-low heat, whisking constantly. 3. Once it thickens and begins bubbling from the bottom, remove from heat immediately. 4. Transfer to a bowl and press plastic wrap directly onto the surface (to prevent a skin from forming). 5. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes until set and cool. Simple Syrup • 1½ cups white sugar • ¾ cup water • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice Instructions: 1. You can find the full detailed recipe for ‘Mesh Om Ali’ on www.cleobuttera.com @cleobuttera Ingredients: 1 (500g) package phyllo sheets (golash) 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter, melted 1 (397g) can sweetened condensed milk 2 cups (500ml) whipping cream Instructions: Preheat oven to 200°C. Brush butter or ghee all over the bottom of a large baking dish. Scrunch up each phyllo sheet into a fan-like strip and place side by side in the dish. Brush the melted butter all over the scrunched phyllo making sure everything is evenly coated. Transfer to the oven until it turns deep golden brown and crunchy, around 20-25 minutes. Combine the whipping cream and condensed milk then pour the mixture onto the phyllo as soon as it comes out of the oven. Transfer back into the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the edges start to bubble. Optionally top with cinnamon and pistachios and serve warm 🤍 ‎المكونات: ‎١ باكيت جلاش (٥٠٠ ج) ‎٣/٤ كوب (١٧٠ ج) زبدة سايحة ‎١ علبة حليب مكثف محلى (٣٩٧ ج) ‎٢ كوب كريمة خفق (٥٠٠ مل) ‎الطريقة: ‎سخن الفرن على ٢٠٠ مئوية. ادهن صينية فرن كبيرة بالزبدة أو السمنة. ‎خد ورق الجلاش وكرمش كل ورقة على شكل شريط زي المروحة، ورصهم جنب بعض في الصينية. ‎ادهن الزبدة السايحة على الجلاش كله، وتاكد إن كل الطبقات اتغطت كويس. ‎دخل الصينية الفرن لحد ما الجلاش يبقى لونه دهبي غامق ومقرمش، حوالي ٢٠–٢٥ دقيقة. ‎اخلط كريمة الخفق مع الحليب المكثف المحلى، وأول ما تطلع الصينية من الفرن صب الخليط فوق الجلاش وهو سخن. ‎رجعها الفرن تاني ٥–١٠ دقايق لحد ما الأطراف تبدأ تفور. ‎ممكن تزين بالقرفة والفسدق، وتتقدم سخنة 🤍

Phyllo Rose Baklava 🌹اذا حبيتو الوصفة اعملو لايك وتركولي وردة بالكومنتات🌹 اذا حابين تشوفو طريقة السمن البلدي ارجعو لفيديو تحضير السمن بتلاقوه قبل كم فيديو لورا بالصفحة لفة عجينة فيلو( عجينة البقلاوة او الكلاش) ١/٢ ل ٣/٤ كوب سمن بلدي مذوب للتشريبة ٢ كوب حليب، ٢ ظرف كريم كراميل، ٢ ملعقة مملوئة قشطة (علبة تقريبا) ، ورشة فانيلا تشكل ورقات الفيلو على شكل وردات وتصف بصينية الخبز المدهومة بالسمن. تشوى على حرارة ٢٠٠ الى ان يصبح لونها بني ذهبي (حوالي .٢ دقيقة) ثم نخرجها. في هذه الاثناء تخلط مكونات التشريبة على البارد ثم ترفع على النار لتسخن وتبدا بالغليان. او ما تبدا بالغليان تنزع عن النار ونسقي بها صينية البقلاوة وهي ساخنة. تترك لتهدا بحرارة الغرفة عند التقديم تزين بالمكسرات (اختياري) والكراميل او القطر. تقدم دافئة او باردة حسب الرغبة Phyllo Rose Baklava 🌹 Ingredients: 1 pack phyllo dough 1/2 to 3/4 cup melted ghee Milk Soak: 2 cups milk 2 caramel cream sachets 2 heaped tbsp cream A pinch of vanilla Method: Shape the phyllo sheets into rose shapes and arrange in a greased baking pan. Brush generously with melted ghee. Bake at 200°C until golden brown (about 20 minutes). Meanwhile, mix all soak ingredients cold, then heat until just starting to boil. Pour over the hot baklava straight out of the oven. Let cool at room temperature. Garnish with nuts, caramel, or syrup if desired. Serve warm or cold 😋 #baklava #ramadan #germany #baking #viral

Makes 1 (9x13) pan Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef (I used @schweidandsons ) ½ yellow onion, finely diced ½ cup diced dill pickles @kraft.singles American cheese, to taste (slices or shredded) 1 Tbsp garlic powder 1 Tbsp onion powder 2 tsp black pepper 1 Tbsp kosher salt (or to taste) Pinch of sugar Phyllo sheets (2 sleeves) 1½ cups melted butter Sesame seeds, for garnish Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Brown beef over high heat until deeply caramelized. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of sugar. Drain excess fat. 3. In the same pan, sauté onions until soft and lightly golden. Return beef to pan. Fold in diced pickles and cheese. Mix until melted and cohesive. Let cool slightly before layering. 4. Brush a 9x13 pan generously with butter. Lay down the first sleeve of phyllo sheets. You can butter each layer individually or place the full stack and evenly pour about ¾ cup melted butter over it. The goal is fully hydrated, glossy layers. Spread cheeseburger filling evenly. Add another layer of cheese. Top with second sleeve of phyllo and repeat the butter process. 1. Using a sharp knife, cut into diamonds before baking. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for that burger bun vibe. 2. Bake 45–60 minutes until deeply golden and crisp. If browning too fast, tent loosely with foil. Rest at least 15 minutes before serving so the layers set. Light, elegant, and easy to make, it’s perfect for Ramadan, gatherings, or anytime you want a special homemade treat. Note: if you like it thicker add more layers but less layers is lighter 🌙Ingredients For the warbat: • 1 package phyllo dough • 1 cup butter or ghee or as needed • Crushed pistachios for garnish •Simple syrup see below • Arabic Ashta see below Ashta: • To Make the Ricotta Base • 2 L full-fat milk • 1/3 cup vinegar • To Make the Cream • 1 L milk • 1/3 cup sugar • 7 tbsp cornstarch • 2 tsp rose water • 2 tsp orange blossom water -Simple Syrup • 2 cups sugar • 1 cup water • 2 tsp lemon juice • 1 tsp rose water • 1 tsp orange blossom water 🌙Instructions Make the Ashta filling: 1. Heat 2 L milk until it starts to simmer. 2. Add vinegar, stir gently, and let it curdle. 3. Strain to get a soft ricotta-like cheese. Set aside. 4. In another pot, mix 1 L milk, sugar, and cornstarch. 5. Cook while stirring until thick like pudding. 6. Add the ricotta you made, mix well. 7. Stir in rose water and orange blossom water, cook 2-3 more minutes. 8. Remove and let it cool completely. Make the syrup: 1. Put sugar and water in a pot. 2. Heat until it starts bubbling (don’t stir). 3. Add lemon juice, rose water, and orange blossom water. 4. Simmer about 4 minutes, then let it cool fully. Prepare the phyllo: 1. Take phyllo out and cut into squares (use 6-8 sheets stacked). 2. Fold each square into a triangle. 3. Brush a tray with butter or ghee. 4. Place triangles on tray and brush or drizzle butter on top. Bake and add syrup: 1. Bake at 340°F (170°C) for about 25-30 minutes, until golden and crispy. 2. As soon as they come out of the oven, drizzle with cold syrup. 3. (Hot pastry + cold syrup = perfect texture.) fill with Ashta and serve: 1. Let pastries cool completely. 2. Slice the middle gently with a knife. 3. Pipe or spoon in the Ashta. 4. Dip edges in crushed pistachios. 5. Serve right away or chill until serving. 6. Best eaten the same day while still crispy.
