Pressure underwater is not just a feeling… it’s physics. 🧐 As you descend, water pressure increases and compresses the air spaces like your middle ear and mask. When you ascend, the pressure decreases and the air expands back to its original volume. 👉 This is Boyle-Mariotte’s Law : When pressure increases, gas volume decreases and vice versa. That’s why divers must : ✅️ Equalize ears and mask during descent ✅️ Never descent if they can't equalize ✅️ Ascend slowly and exhale (only applies for scubadivers) ✅️ Never hold their breath while ascending (only applies for scubadivers) These simple rules prevent painful injuries and keep every dive safe. ⚠️ Always learn scuba diving with a qualified instructor. ⚠️ #scubadiving #divingphysics #scubasafety #oceanfacts #learnsomething #divertips #boylemariotte

In classical physics, if a ball does not have enough energy to pass over a hill, it will stop in front of it. However, at the level of extremely small particles like electrons, this rule does not always apply. Because particles also behave like waves (according to the concept of Wave–Particle Duality), there is a small probability that part of the particle’s “wave” appears on the other side of a barrier. This means the particle can seemingly pass through a wall without breaking it. This phenomenon is known as quantum tunneling, an important concept in Quantum Mechanics. #sciences #physics #quantumphysics #quantumtunneling #sciencefacts #scienceshorts #didyouknow #mindblowing #spaceandscience #physicsfacts #stem #learnonsocial #scienceexplained #shorts #youtubeshorts

This “impossible pit” is designed to trap anyone who tries to climb out using normal movement. The steep, curved walls make it nearly impossible to gain enough grip or leverage to pull yourself straight up. However, the design secretly relies on physics. By running back and forth along the curved surface, a person can gradually build momentum, converting speed into upward motion with each step. With enough momentum and the right angle, that energy can carry someone higher and higher along the wall until they reach the edge. It’s a clever demonstration of how movement, balance, and physics can turn an impossible escape into a solvable challenge. Love facts? Follow @inafact

Before launch, both the truck and the person are already moving forward at 80 km/h relative to the ground. When the person is launched backward at 80 km/h from the truck, that speed is measured relative to the truck itself. From the ground’s perspective: 80 km/h forward − 80 km/h backward = 0 km/h So for a brief moment, the person appears to come to a complete stop relative to the road before gravity takes over. Inside the truck, observers see the person shoot backward at high speed. But to someone standing still outside, the forward motion has simply been canceled by an equal backward push. This happens because motion is always relative, velocities add and subtract depending on the frame of reference. Video - @_ddsquad #science #physics #knowledge

This video is a classic demonstration of Relative Velocity and Galilean Relativity, performed by the professional stunt team DD Squad. The Core Concept: Relative Velocity In physics, velocity is always measured relative to a specific frame of reference. In this video, there are three main components: The Truck: Moving forward at 80\text{ km/h} relative to the road. The Ejection System: Moving backward at 80\text{ km/h} relative to the truck. The Person: Their final motion is the sum of these two velocities. The Mathematical Breakdown To find the person's velocity relative to the ground (V_{pg}), we use the following formula: Where: Velocity of Truck relative to Ground= +80 km/h Velocity of Person relative to Truck = -80\km/h(opposite direction) Why the Person Drops Straight Down Because the backward launch speed exactly matches the forward truck speed, the person’s horizontal momentum is perfectly canceled out. To an observer standing on the side of the road, the person appears to have zero horizontal motion. As soon as they leave the platform, the only force acting on them is gravity. Since they have no forward or backward speed relative to the earth, they simply drop vertically, as if they had jumped off a stationary ladder. Credits to DD Squad The DD Squad team (Slovenia) spent significant time calculating these variables to ensure the launch mechanism was calibrated perfectly. If the truck had been going 85\text{ km/h} and the launch was only 80\text{ km/h}, the person would have tumbled forward at 5\text{ km/h} upon hitting the ground. Their precision is what made the stunt look so seamless and "defy" intuition. Credit: @ddsquad #DDSquad #Physics #RelativeVelocity #ScienceExperiments #Stunts

This tool is designed to remove oil from the surface without disturbing what is underneath. By using two small openings at the top, it targets only the floating oil layer, allowing gravity and surface tension to pull the oil inside while leaving the rest of the contents untouched. It works because oil naturally rises above water or food due to its lower density. Instead of scooping everything together, this design selectively collects the oil, making it cleaner, faster, and far more efficient than traditional methods. Small design changes like this show how understanding basic physics can solve everyday problems in surprisingly elegant ways. Love Knowledge? How to Calculate Resistance 🔌⚡ Understanding how to calculate resistance is an important concept in electricity and electronics. Resistance is measured in ohms (Ω) and it tells us how much a material opposes the flow of electric current. Using Ohm’s Law, resistance can be calculated with the formula: R = V / I Where: • R = Resistance (ohms) • V = Voltage (volts) • I = Current (amperes) For example, if a circuit has 10 V voltage and 2 A current, then: R = 10 / 2 = 5 Ω Learning this simple formula helps students understand circuits, solve physics problems, and prepare for exams. 📚 Keep learning science in a simple way with Sciencebysumati. #Physics #Resistance #OhmsLaw #Electricity #ScienceEducation Class10Physics NEETPreparation
