Recipe 👨‍🍳⤵️ Healthy Post-Workout Bowl 🥗 So simple, but insanely healthy and delicious. 1. Preheat the oven. 2. Chop a carrot and a sweet potato. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper and spread on a baking tray. Roast until golden brown. (If you like, you can also add some cherry tomatoes to the tray.) 3. Chop some broccoli, boil it briefly in water, then sauté it in a pan with a little butter until golden brown. 4. Pan-fry the salmon on the skin side first with a little butter or oil. Season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon. 5. Wash some salad and place it in your bowl as the base. 6. Remove the salmon skin from the bottom and add the salmon to the bowl. 7. Take the roasted carrot, sweet potato (and cherry tomatoes if you added them) out of the oven and add them on top. 8. Add half an avocado. 9. Finish with a creamy cheese of your choice (burrata, ricotta or stracciatella), some pomegranate seeds and a drizzle of honey. Et voilà 👨‍🍳 . #athlete #recipe #bowl #postworkout #nutrition
