🧀Healthy Homemade Cheese Spread ! For 30 g serving - 47 Calories , 4 g Protein Why I love to make this is because I exactly know what all has gone into it. It tastes light , cheesy & is perfect for a cheese lover like me who wants to be healthy You need only 10 to 15 mins to make this ! 750 ml Milk 2 tbsp Vinegar+ 2 tbsp water or you can use lime juice too This will give about 120 g Chenna (Don’t over squeeze & make like Paneer) 100 g Hung curd (200 g curd which is hung) 1 cheese cube A little more salt 🌟 Vishesh Tippani - Just make sure the curd is hung well & so is the chenna. Say bye bye 👋 to your regular cheese spread and make this instead. Recipe and process🧀 1. Heat 1 liter of full-cream milk until it’s hot (but not boiling), then turn off the heat. 2. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of vinegar and gently stir. 3. Once the milk curdles, pour it into a muslin cloth and drain the whey. 4. Wash the curds with water to remove any vinegar taste. 5. 🧀✨ Homemade Cheese Spread - No preservatives, high in protein, delicious and easy to make 📝 Ingredients: • Milk – 1 litre • Vinegar – 1½ tbsp • Butter – 2 tbsp • Milk – 2 tbsp • Eno/Fruit Salt – 5 gm • Water – 1 tbsp 👩‍🍳 Process: 1️⃣ Boil full-fat milk. 2️⃣ Add vinegar/lemon juice, mix & curdle. 3️⃣ Strain and rest for 10mins to remove excess water. 4️⃣ Blend it with butter & milk. 5️⃣ Add Eno + water mix, blend again. 6️⃣ Cook in a double boiler till glossy & stretchy. 7️⃣ Set in a bowl with cling wrap, refrigerate overnight. 8️⃣ Demould & garnish with herbs 🌿 🧂 Perfect for toast, crackers or dipping – it’s your new fav spread! 💛
