🎛️ 1. Create “Theme Templates” for every style
Don’t build slides from scratch every week. Use saved themes for sermon points, lyrics, countdowns, and scriptures to speed up prep and stay consistent.
🗂️ 2. Organize playlists by service flow
Group your songs, sermon slides, and announcements into a playlist for each service. Label each item clearly so any volunteer can follow along confidently.
