No Weights at Home? No Problem! This is a prime example of how to make light loads go along way, which we recently did a podcast episode on as well. Advanced folks can throw these into working sets of 1 minute on 1 minute off x 5 sets for an amazing upper body pump that feels like you just bench pressed hundreds of pounds without lifting a single weight. For my beginners out there try hands elevated on a bench or box and overtime you can work your way to the floor version, as you get stronger.
