A city in Canada you need to visit at least once in your life…😍✨ 🇨🇦 📍Quebec City, Quebec Nestled along the St. Lawrence River, Quebec City is one of the most magical destinations in Canada - cobblestone streets, European-style architecture, and winter scenes that feel straight out of a fairytale. From Old Quebec’s charm to the world-famous Château Frontenac, it’s the perfect mix of romance, history, and adventure. ✨ Why visit: • Old Quebec (UNESCO Site): Walk through centuries-old streets, boutique shops, Christmas décor, and charming cafés. • Château Frontenac Views: One of the most photographed hotels in the world - and it feels like a real-life castle. • Winter Wonderland: Snow-covered rooftops, festive lights, and the cozy European winter vibe you can’t find anywhere else in Canada. • Food Scene: French-Canadian specialties like poutine, pastries, maple everything, and world-class restaurants. • Scenic Spots: Terrasse Dufferin, Petit-Champlain, Place Royale, and the frozen waterfalls at Montmorency Falls in winter. ✨ Would you stroll Old Quebec first or head straight to the Château Frontenac viewpoint? ✨ 🇨🇦

A 2-DAY ITINERARY IN QUEBEC CITY! 🇨🇦✨ 📌Save this post if you’re planning a trip to Quebec City, especially if it’s your first time exploring this iconic destination in Canada. HOW TO GET THERE: You can fly directly into Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) or drive from Montreal in about 3 hours. STAY: 🏨 Le Capitole Hôtel - A chic boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Quebec City, perfectly located for visiting Old Quebec and beyond. DO: Day 1 Start in Old Quebec, a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with European charm. Walk along Dufferin Terrace for views of Château Frontenac, explore Place Royale, climb the Breakneck Stairs, take a photo at Montmorency Park, stroll the Plains of Abraham, and don’t miss the colorful umbrella alley on Rue du Cul de Sac. 🌙 For a unique nighttime activity, head to Onhwa’ Lumina, an immersive night walk through a forest that tells the story of Huron-Wendat culture through lights and storytelling. Day 2 Explore beyond the old town. Start your day at Montmorency Falls. It’s taller than Niagara Falls. My tip: take the cable car up to the top and use the stairs to come back down (yes, I’m team lazy). Then head to Canyon Sainte-Anne, where you can cross three suspension bridges over a stunning canyon and roaring waterfall. Add the hike to Jean-Larose Falls if you’re up for more nature and don’t mind extra stairs. 🍽️ For dinner, check out La Bûche for comforting, authentic Québécois cuisine. 💡 TIP: If you have extra time, take a short drive to Île d’Orléans. This nearby island is known for its scenic drives, farm stands, local cider, and laid-back countryside vibes, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. #QuebecCity #ExploreCanada #OldQuebec #Quebec #CanadaTravel

Everyone dreams of hiking Pico do Arieiro in Madeira, Portugal, that iconic “stairway to heaven” hike with wild views. But… did you know there’s a similar hike right here in Quebec, Canada 🇨🇦 that gives off those same jaw-dropping vibes? 📍Welcome to Sentier du Delta / Delta trail in Mont-Saint-Pierre, a tiny community about 8 hours from Montreal and 6 hours from Quebec City. It’s the perfect stop on your road trip to Gaspé! ✍️ What to Know Before You Go: • Total distance: 3.2 km (moderate) • Estimated time: ~2 hours round trip (more if you take breaks) • Open daily: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM • Entry fee: Day pass or annual access fee (pay online or onsite) • Steep start, then levels out before reaching the epic staircase • Dogs allowed (on leash) • Washrooms available at the summit 🚌 If you don’t want to hike, here’s another option: There’s a shuttle that can take you up to the top, where you’ll find a panoramic observation deck with insane views over the St. Lawrence River 🤩. This is also a popular spot for paragliding! 💌 Send it to someone you’d hike this hidden gem in Quebec with! #explorequebec #visitcanada #canadatravel
