NII was SO nervous to open this package up but I realised it was time to grow up face my fears. And you know what? It actually felt so good. 🎉FINALLY got to see the beautiful North American edition of my debut cookbook SIFT. It’s out in about six weeks published by @clarksonpotter and I am beyond excited for it to be released in the US and Canada. The pink is SO good. And next to its yellow sister(s) - agh, I just love it.
Even though its been out in the UK for the last few months, I still can’t quite believe this book exists and I’m beyond grateful to everyone who has worked on it to make it happen! To @susanroxborough for being my US editor, and @mariazizka for being such an MVP of team SIFT (she Americanised the book so no more Celsius, y’all + cross tested recipes with US ingredients!). And to Jina and Andrea on PR and Marketing - you rock.
