MOFun Fact: Megamind (2010)
The filmmakers wanted Megamind's blue-skinned design to feel unique among animated villains. Animators studied the exaggerated facial features of classic comic book supervillains but softened them with rounder shapes to make him sympathetic.
Voice actor Will Ferrell improvised many of Megamind's lines in recording sessions, and his playful delivery influenced the animators, who adjusted facial expressions and body language to match his comedic timing. This blend of improvisation and design helped Megamind become both funny and surprisingly relatable.

From Moses to Solomon, these weren’t pale-skinned, blue-eyed men. They came from regions in Africa and the Middle East — dark-skinned lands, dark-skinned people. The Bible even says Moses passed as an Egyptian… and Egypt wasn’t in Europe last time I checked. 👀
But somewhere along the way, the image of these prophets got whitewashed — in Sunday school, in movies, in church paintings. It wasn’t history being taught… it was revision.
