AMThis is the one in-office treatment I would never do… // here’s the thing, I’m sure there are people out there who have had great experiences with this device, but I have heard too many stories from friends and acquaintances who have done Thermage and noticed substantial facial fat loss — so it’s one treatment I don’t plan on ever doing.
WHAT IS THERMAGE?
Thermage is a non-invasive skin tightening treatment that uses radio frequency (RF) to target the deepest layers of the skin and stimulate collagen production. The results are smoother, firmer skin. It can also be used on other parts of the body for skin tightening, cellulite reduction, and smoothing. Downtime is minimal, some swelling and redness is seen post treatment and a single session’s results can last up to two years. Cost: $1-5,000 depending on area treated.

MAI really shouldn’t even show this (because seeing immediate results aren’t typical) but I can legit see a big difference already!! 🙌🏼 My skin feels so smooth and tight.
I will share a full recap of the procedure tomorrow so you can see the entire process, but I had the Sofwave Laser done by nurses at the office of @drorseck and I LOVE how non-invasive it was. Before I offer a new device, I study the data, speak with the engineers and scientists who built it, and look closely at safety and reproducibility.
I also do the treatment on myself, family, and friends before I decide to bring it in.
I don’t have every laser or machine, and I refer patients to other physicians if something else is a better fit.
