Full Recipe -10-15 one inch pieces of ginger -10-15 one inch pieces of turmeric -3-4 tbsp black pepper -2 bulbs of garlic -20-30 cardamon pods -4 lemons quartered -1 stick cinnamon (optional) -1 tsp cloves (optional) -1 tsp cayenne (optional) -4 sprigs rosemary (optional) Add above into a large pot of water and boil for 40min then turn off and allow to cool. Refrigerate. Each morning on an empty stomach mix 6oz of the refrigerated tea above with the following ingredients: • 2oz Aloe Vera Juice • 1oz Apple Cider Vinegar • 10g Glutamine • 1 scoop Opti-Greens Stir & enjoy. This formula is built on well-researched compounds: turmeric (enhanced by black pepper) reduces inflammatory pathways, ginger and garlic improve digestion, circulation, and immunity, while cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, rosemary, cayenne, and lemon add antioxidant, metabolic, and gut-supportive benefits. The add-ons deepen the effect — aloe vera soothes and protects the gut lining, apple cider vinegar supports stomach acid and insulin sensitivity, glutamine fuels gut repair and recovery, and Opti-Greens provides phytonutrients, enzymes, and probiotics for microbiome balance. Hot honey chicken tenders Crispy, fresh and way too tasty! PS my book is now for pre-order! Recipe - 900g chicken tenderloins - ~50g flour - 1 tbsp paprika - 1 tbsp onion powder - 1 tbsp garlic powder - 1 tbsp salt and pepper - 1 tbsp cornflakes - 5 eggs Hot honey coating - 200g hot honey (recipe below) - 2 sprigs thyme * ~1 tbsp lemon juice * 1 tbsp butter Sauce: * 3 tbsp sour cream * 2 tbsp mayo * 2 tbsp ketchup * smoked paprika * a few dashes of buttermilk * 1 tsp lemon juice * 1 tsp salt and pepper 1. Mix the flour with half the herbs and coat the chicken well with it. Set aside for later. 2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk in the remaining herbs. Crush some cornflakes in another bowl. 3. Dip the chicken in the egg first, then press it into the cornflakes. Spray both sides with olive oil and air fry for about 10 minutes at “Max crisp, 220-240 degrees Celsius”. 4. Make the coating by mixing the hot honey, butter, thyme, and salt and letting it warm through. Once the heat is off, add a little lemon juice. 5. For the sauce, combine the mayo, sour cream, and ketchup. Add lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Thin with buttermilk. 6. Remove the tenders from the air fryer and toss with the hot honey. 7. Serve with the sauce and enjoy! Hot honey - 200g honey - 4 sprigs thyme - 1-2 sprigs rosemary - 1/3 tsp fennel seeds - 15-25g chili flakes * ~1 tbsp lemon juice * Salt and pepper 1. Add all ingredients except the lemon juice to a saucepan and simmer gently for at least 30 minutes. (Do not allow to boil.) 2. Pour into a jar and let cool.

Da Silvano’s Rigatoni Focaccia Ingredients: Fine sea salt 1 pound/450g rigatoni 2 sage leaves 3 sprigs of rosemary 1 clove garlic, smashed and peeled 8 oz bacon, cut into ¼-in pieces Splash of dry white wine 5 plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped 1 cup heavy cream R1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1 cup/freshly grated Parmesan 2 Tosp minced flat-leaf parsley Freshly ground black pepper Directions : Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rigatoni to the pot and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes. While the rigatoni is cooking, chop the sage, rosemary, and garlic together into a thick paste. Set aside. Warm a sauté pan wide and deep enough to hold all the ingredients over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until some fat has rendered and it has just begun to brown and crisp, about 6 minutes. Add the sage-rose-mary-garlic mixture, stir, and cook for 2 minutes. Add a splash of white wine to the pan and cook until the wine evaporates, 15 to 30 seconds. Add the tomatoes, stir, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the cream and butter and stir to incorporate. Drain the rigatoni and add it to the pan with the sauce. Pepper seed - 1 tbsp Fennel seed - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Coriander powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp Salt - 1 or 2 tsp Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp Method First ,we have crush the ginger, shallots, pepper seed and fennel seed. Then add coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder into smooth paste and set aside. Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seed and fenugreek seed and let them sputter. Then add curry leaves ,shallots and green chilli Saute them well for a few minutes Then add the chopped tomatoes and saute them well until they become soft. Then add grinder paste like red chilli powder, ginger, shallots, etc. mix Combine them well Then add a sufficient amount of water and mix them well. Cover and boil them well. Then add fishes and mix them well with masala . Cover and cook them well. Then add some coconut oil and curry leaves. Cook for a few minutes. Remove from fire and set aside Serve the tasty fish curry with boiled tapioca.

Messy Weeknight Pasta Serves 4 Ingredients 1 Onion 5-6 Cloves Garlic 250 Grams Beef Mince 3-4 Tbsp Tomato Puree 1 Tin of Chopped Tomatoes 350 Grams Orzo 300 Ml Double Cream 500 Ml of Beef Stock Sprigs of Rosemary Sprigs of Thyme Lots of Parmesan on top Method Start by softening your onion and garlic and then brown off your mince. When it’s browned add your tomato puree and tin tomatoes and let it cook for a minute or two. Add your orzo, cream, stock and herbs, throw the lid on top and let this cook for 10 minutes until the orzo is fluffy and cooked through !
