Hear me out…. If I could submit a definition to Webster’s dictionary for the word, healthy, it would be: Healthy doesn’t always mean kale. It means what your body needs to perform at its best. In today’s society, this is often overlooked. You go to the doctors office and they give you a blanket statement “you need to eat healthier. “ However, for those of us on the gluten-free diet healthy range of things. It might mean just being gluten-free, it might mean dairy free, it might mean to more Whole Foods and avoiding all processed foods because of the salt. Inside of my gluten-free meal planning workshop, I teach you exactly how to define healthy and find recipes that fit within your definition of healthy. This removes the overwhelm of trying to find gluten-free recipes and decide what to eat for dinner each night.
