the substack article is by @goranshbharal 📥 one of my favorite substacks this year came from an article called, “date someone who is interested in you.” after some of my own relationships ending this year, and hearing about a few of my friends’ relationships ending in their lives, i come back to this audio from one tree hill. it leaves me with this deep desire to be heard and seen for what’s beneath the surface. in the loneliness epidemic of our 20s, we are often complacent with who we keep around, as long as it keeps us codependent and not alone. yet, when you look beyond the surface of the synthetic “i love you,” does that person put in genuine effort to see you? whether it be your romantic partner or a friend, does that person try to continuously get to know you? and do you try to do that for them? love doesn’t easily die down if you continuously keep curiosity and compassion alive. this audio replicates so much of the heartache many of my friends and i have felt this year. the premise leaves us with the truth that — keeping someone around doesn’t mean you want them in your life. effort, curiosity, and compassion do. . . . . . . #healingjourney #brookedavis #oth #breakups #selflovejourney cultivatingfriendships divinefeminineenergy pinteresty meaningfulrelationships depth meaning intention pinteresty atlanta atl slowlifediary soulmates slowlifestyle visualdiary visualdiary personalgrowth fallinginlovewithlife healingjourney livingnotexisting gratitudepractice wordstoliveby reflectandgrow

The history of #photography began with the discovery of two critical principles: The first is camera obscura image projection, the second is the discovery that some substances are visibly altered by exposure to light[2]. There are no artifacts or descriptions that indicate any attempt to capture images with light sensitive materials prior to the 18th century. View from the Window at Le Gras 1826 or 1827, believed to be the earliest surviving camera photograph.[1] Original (left) and colorized reoriented enhancement (right). Around 1717, Johann Heinrich Schulze used a light-sensitive slurry to capture images of cut-out letters on a bottle. However, he did not pursue making these results permanent. Around 1800, Thomas Wedgwood made the first reliably documented, although unsuccessful attempt at capturing camera images in permanent form. His experiments did produce detailed photograms, but Wedgwood and his associate Humphry Davy found no way to fix these images. In 1826, Nicéphore Niépce first managed to fix an image that was captured with a camera, but at least eight hours or even several days of exposure in the camera were required and the earliest results were very crude. Niépce's associate Louis Daguerre went on to develop the daguerreotype process, the first publicly announced and commercially viable photographic process. The daguerreotype required only minutes of exposure in the camera, and produced clear, finely detailed results. On August 2, 1839 Daguerre demonstrated the details of the process to the Chamber of Peers in Paris. On August 19 the technical details were made public in a meeting of the Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Fine Arts in the Palace of Institute. (For granting the rights of the inventions to the public, Daguerre and Niépce were awarded generous annuities for life.)[3][4][5] When the metal based daguerreotype process was demonstrated formally to the public, the competitor approach of paper-based calotype negative and salt print processes invented by William Henry Fox Talbot was already demonstrated in London (but with less publicity).[5] Subsequent innovations made photography easier and more versatile.

This is one of the most controversial clips you’ll hear today. During COVID lockdowns, researchers were reportedly studying compounds found in patients’ bodies. According to the speaker, those substances were tested in mammals and tumors were intentionally created in an extremely short time frame. What happened next is where the controversy begins. The claim is that researchers then tested an unexpected compound to see whether the tumor growth they induced could be reversed just as quickly. The results, as described here, challenge everything most people believe about how science, medicine, and risk work. This is not a smoking discussion. It’s not a health recommendation. And it’s definitely not medical advice. It’s a conversation about what gets studied, what gets funded, and which findings are openly discussed versus quietly ignored. Some people will dismiss this immediately. Others will demand sources. That tension is exactly why this topic sparks so much debate. The goal here isn’t belief — it’s awareness and critical thinking. Watch the full clip. Listen carefully. Then decide what questions you think should be asked next. Save this. These conversations tend to disappear. @the.organic.human • • • #organic #covid #tumors #biohacking

Many modern perfumes smell pleasant, but some contain chemicals that may interfere with the body’s natural hormone system. These substances are called endocrine disruptors compounds that can mimic or block hormones and confuse how the body regulates growth, mood, metabolism, and reproduction. A common concern is synthetic fragrance mixtures, often listed simply as “fragrance” or “parfum” on labels. These blends can include chemicals like phthalates, which help scents last longer but may affect testosterone levels and hormonal balance over long-term exposure. Some artificial musks and preservatives have also been studied for their ability to accumulate in the body and potentially influence endocrine function. Because hormones work in extremely small amounts, even low chemical exposure over time may matter especially with daily use on skin, where absorption is easier. Possible effects linked in research include skin sensitivity, headaches, hormonal imbalance, and in some studies, impacts on fertility and metabolism. The key idea isn’t fear, but awareness: your skin absorbs what you apply, and repeated exposure matters more than occasional use. Choosing simpler ingredient lists, fragrance free products, or naturally derived scents can reduce unnecessary chemical load while still allowing personal care routines. 👇 Comment “HEALTH” and I’II DM you the full protocol to detox your system and my “Intermittent Fasting” starter blueprint. A migraine is a neurological storm. It starts when overactive nerve cells send out signals that temporary widen your blood vessels and release inflammatory substances. This causes the throbbing pain, light sensitivity, and nausea you see here. It is your brain’s way of hitting the "overload" button. You do not have to wait for the storm to pass on its own. At A Ray of Hope, we look at the specific triggers and neurological causes behind your pain to create a treatment plan that actually works. Your body is an amazing system controlled by powerful chemical messengers called hormones. Every feeling you experience—happiness, love, stress, hunger, sleep, or energy—is influenced by these tiny but powerful substances. ✨ Dopamine keeps you motivated and happy. ⚡ Cortisol helps your body deal with stress. ❤️ Oxytocin builds trust, bonding, and love. 🌙 Melatonin controls your sleep cycle and helps you rest. 🍔 Ghrelin signals hunger and reminds you when it's time to eat. 🔥 Adrenaline boosts your energy and prepares your body for action. 😊 Serotonin improves mood and emotional balance. 💪 Endorphins reduce pain and create a natural feeling of happiness. 🤱 Prolactin helps in milk production for mothers. 📈 Growth Hormone supports growth, development, and cell repair. Understanding your hormones means understanding your body better. Take care of your health, manage stress, sleep well, and keep your body balanced because when your hormones are balanced, life feels better too. Your body works silently every second to keep you alive and healthy. Respect it, nourish it, and listen to it. 🌿 #hormones #humanbody #healthknowledge #dopamine #serotonin

The challenge shown here comes from Fear Factor: House of Fear, a reboot of the classic reality show where contestants face extreme physical and psychological tests to win prize money. In this stunt, pairs of contestants stand inside sealed transparent chambers while water and other substances are pumped in around them. They must keep breathing through hoses while enduring intense pressure, claustrophobic conditions, and limited movement until the challenge ends. Although it looks extremely dangerous, these stunts are carefully designed with safety teams, controlled environments, and emergency exits. Reality competition shows often rely on these high-stress scenarios to test endurance and fear tolerance rather than actual survival. #FearFactor #RealityTV #ExtremeChallenges #TVStunts #CompetitionShows

Across the animal kingdom, humans aren’t the only ones known to experiment with mind-altering substances. In rare observations, dolphins have been seen gently handling pufferfish, carefully passing them between one another for extended periods rather than treating them as prey. When threatened, pufferfish release a powerful defensive toxin. In very small doses, this chemical appears to induce a trance-like, disoriented state in dolphins that come into contact with it. The deliberate and controlled way the dolphins interact with the pufferfish suggests this behavior isn’t accidental. Instead, it points to experimentation, awareness, and social learning, qualities we often reserve for ourselves. #WildlifeWednesday Incredible footage captured by @zanzibar_mermaid
