THHappy Friday the 13th! 👻✨🔪 This is your reminder that even though many of us aren’t big fans of summer, we can still make the most of it and make it a very summerween-y kind of summer! Think all things nostalgia, Halloween, and summer, all mixed into one. 🤩
Here are some of the ways I plan to have a very nostalgic, summerween kinda summer!
🎡 go on rides at the county or state fair & eat fair food
🎃 host a summerween party
🍦 get ice cream and eat it quickly outside before it melts
🌧️ play in the rain &/or run through sprinklers
🍉 carve a jack’o’melon
🍁 put up some fall/Halloween decor and use fall mugs & blankets to make my own little faux fall inside
📺 watch the movies you loved as a kid
🏊🏻♀️ go swimming + do a cannonball
🍓 go berry picking and make homemade popsicles
🍕 order pizza & soda and have an outdoor picnic dinner
🕹️ go to an arcade
👻 watch Halloween movies &/or movies with spooky vibes
🍿 have a sleepover & eat junk food with friends
🎳 go bowling
🎥 see a film at the movie theater &/or drive-in theater
🎆 attend a fireworks show
🌭 roast hot dogs & marshmallows over a bonfire
🚲 ride bikes
🏕️ go camping (just not in the Midwest lol 🥵🦟)
