Easy mantecadas (sweet muffins)🤍 Recipe from cooking con Claudia✨ Her Recipe👇 2 cups all-purpose flour 240 g 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar 160 g 21/2 tsp baking powder 10 g 1/2 tsp baking soda 2.5 g 1/4 tsp salt 1.5 g Orange zest 3 eggs (room temp) 150 g 1 cup warm milk 240 g 3/4 cup vegetable oil 180 g or melted butter or other oil 2 tsp vanilla extract 10 g 1 tsp orange extract (optional) 5g Chopped pecans (optional) 1/2 cup- 60 g In a bowl Mix wet ingredients (milk,oil, eggs, extracts, zest) Mix dry ingredients in another bowl. (Flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt) Add wet ingredients and sugar, mix well. Pour dry ingredients and mix but don’t overmix!! Bake at 400 F for 17-20 minutes. Make blueberry bread with us 🤍🫐 It's pretty simple and definitely delish 🤍 If you would like to express your love for food ❣️check our organic and fairtrade fashion that we made by ourselves 🤍 link to our shop in bio or @wearchef 🤍 INGREDIENTS 🫐 Bread 🍞 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted 1 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 teaspoons fresh grated lemon zest 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup milk 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries I used fresh 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour Lemon Glaze 🍋 2 tablespoons butter melted 1/2 cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract INSTRUCTIONS 🍞🫐🍋 1.Preheat oven to 350F/ 175C and line loaf pan with parchment paper 2.whisk the flour, baking powder and salt, and set aside. 3.In the bowl of an electric mixer, blend together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon zest and lemon juice. Mix until combined. 4.slowly mixing, add flour mixture and milk into egg mixture. For 14 little rolls: 1kilo all purpose flour 100g sugar 7g dry yeast / 15g fresh 16g salt 100g sunflower oil 400g water more&less *You can make half of the amount Knead the dough for 10 min and let it rise till is doubled in size. Make the shap, wait for ONLY 10 min, wash with egg yolk and into the oven on 180 °C for 25 min. PLEASE NOTE! She’s my kinda gal. The below recipe makes two small-ish loaves. I say small, mostly because I manage to eat one of these on my own solo every time. No regrets. ⁣ ⁣⁣ Will you fall in love? Yes. Will it make you mildly feral? Yes. Is it filthy? When your snack looks this good, who needs dessert? Soft brioche + apples + chocolate = perfect snack Brioche Dough * 500 g flour * 10 g salt * 50 g sugar * 20 g dry yeast * 150 g milk (lukewarm) * 3 eggs (room temperature) * 125 g butter (softened) Method: 1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar and let it sit for about 10 minutes until foamy. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. 3. Add the eggs and yeast mixture. Knead (by hand or mixer) until the dough starts to come together. 4. Gradually add the softened butter, kneading until smooth and elastic (about 10–15 min). 5. Cover and let rise until doubled (about 1–2 hours). 6. . Divide the dough into 80 g pieces, roll them out, and fill each one with a little apple sauce and chocolate just like in the video 7. Let rise again for 45–60 minutes. 8. Brush with egg wash and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 to 20minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy warm the chocolate melting with soft apples is pure comfort.

And it’s by the one and only @tonchev.dimitar who never ceases to amaze with his recipes!! 🙇‍♀️ Unsurprisingly, the whole Bulgarian instagram goes crazy over them too, especially for his featured holiday specials. I used his recipe for the base but came up with my own fillings. Go check out his whole video!! Easter Bread Rolls Makes 2 rolls For the dough: 3 eggs 150–200 g sugar 200 ml milk 7 g dry yeast 50 g butter, melted 550 g flour for kozunatsi (easter/bread flour) 5 g salt Zest of 1–2 lemons (I made twice this dose because i love them and i knew 2 wouldn’t be enough) For shaping: 30 g flour, for kneading 100 g soft butter, for spreading 50 g sugar, on top Filling options: Chocolate and hazelnuts Apricot jam with rum and almonds Walnut filling Walnut filling: 200 g ground walnuts 100 ml milk 80–100 g sugar Vanilla extract 1 egg white 1–2 tbsp rum or a few drops of rum essence, optional Cinnamon and lemon or orange zest, optional To make the walnut filling: Warm the milk with the sugar until dissolved, without boiling. Stir in the ground walnuts, vanilla, and any optional flavorings. Let the mixture cool slightly, then fold in the beaten egg white. The filling should be thick, soft, and easy to spread. It’s a Greek sweet bread that we make for Orthodox Easter and it’s one of my favourites to have for breakfast, toasted with butter and salt. When it come to the plait there is always the option to do a three rope braid, that we all learnt as kids, but this is the one I was taught. This can also be looped to create a wreath style. For bigger Tsoureki just using more dough and don’t roll it out as much.
