This is an older video, l still refer back to it, to remind myself that I CAN do hard things 😭 I have to use a lot of coping skills because it is a stress response, it is NOT about laziness. Im sure if you were watching me from the outside, it might have looked like I was relaxing out on my deck for 2 hours. But inside I was anything but relaxed, I was mentally beating myself to a pulp. The only way I truly felt better was when I finished the really daunting task IMPERFECTLY. It’s never going to be perfect, nothing is ever perfect. #procrastination #taskparalysis #overwelmed #MentalHealth #adhd #executivedysfunction
