𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨:
- 1 cup (120g) oat flour (or blend 1 1/3 cup oats)
- 1 scoop (31g) @pescience gourmet vanilla + splash of milk (code: TRACE) (Sub 1/3 cup oat flour + 2 tbsp maple syrup)
- 1/2 cup (120g) yogurt
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙜𝙡𝙖𝙯𝙚:
- 1/2 cup (60g) powdered/confectioners sugar
- Splash of milk
𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
1) Add all of your ingredients together
2) Add dough to fridge for 15 minutes
3) Take out; flour your surface; and roll out
4) Cut dough using a small cap (1-2 inch in diameter) (Combine excess dough and repeat process)
5) Air fry @ 375°F for 5 minutes (or microwave for 90 seconds)
6) Add your glaze ingredients together and coat your donut holes in it
7) Let them dry and ENJOY
