TTAt Trimble Tech High School, we’re all about preparing students for life beyond our campus. Our Medical Program also known as Health Science Technology (HST) blends rigorous academics with hands-on, career-focused experiences, giving students the confidence and skills they need to thrive in college, careers, and beyond.
Medical pathway is one of the oldest and largest in Fort Worth ISD, serving 20% of our student body. Students build a strong foundation in anatomy, medical terminology, and advanced healthcare skills like phlebotomy and patient care. By their junior year, they step out of the classroom and into real-world experiences through clinical rotations and internships at top hospitals, including Texas Health Harris Methodist, JPS Hospital, and Cook Children’s. Being in the heart of Fort Worth’s Medical District makes it easy for students to move from our simulation labs straight into the fast-paced world of healthcare.
Strong partnerships with local hospitals, the Burnett School of Medicine at TCU, and industry leaders provide students mentorship, career guidance, and hands-on opportunities that truly prepare them for what’s next. Programs like HOSA–Future Health Professionals let students showcase their talents, sharpen their skills, and step confidently into their futures.
Trimble Tech students graduate with more than a diploma, they leave with professional certifications, real-world experience, and a deep sense of pride in being part of the Bulldog legacy. With exceptional teachers, a supportive alumni network, and a tradition of excellence, our students are ready to lead, achieve, and make a difference.
