BAHere’s that you need to while doing a two tier cake 👇🏻
👉🏻 The lower & upper tier should have it’s own cake board with the hole in middle.
The hole should be big enough for the centre dowel to run through the entire cake.
👉🏻 Adding the centre dowel will help the cake to get a major support and thus preventing it to collapse or slide and make it easy to transport.
👉🏻 When to add the centre dowel ?
So you can add it anytime like at the beginning of Cake Decoration or at the last.
I prefer beginning !!
