For a second it sounds crazy… but instead of panicking or pointing fingers, we communicated. She sent me a quick video, I looked at it, and with my knowledge of cars I was able to quickly identify the issue and walk her through the solution. Within minutes the car was back running and she was back on the road safely. That’s the difference. Some sellers disappear the moment the deal is done. Some buyers immediately assume the worst.
