U.S. Congressman Tim Burchett says that if the public knew what he knows about UAPs and aliens, the country would come unglued and “the world would be on fire.” Rep. Burchett went on the TV channel Newsmax and said that if the American public saw the reports and information he has seen in classified briefings, people would be unable to sleep at night because they would worry and think about it constantly. He said he has been briefed by almost every major government “alphabet agency” and claimed that some of what he was told, if made public, “would have set the Earth on fire” and that the country would have “come unglued” and demanded answers. He did not give any specific details about what he saw or heard. He also suggested that one reason the public does not get the truth is that people who are briefed on these issues sometimes disappear or die. He referred to a Newsmax report about several defense scientists who have allegedly gone missing or died over the past year.
