Hi, I’m Jugal, and I graduated from UIUC (@illinois1867) for absolutely free, I was a teaching assistant and as a part of my benefits, my tuition was waived off, I have been a long standing proponent of how you can achieve the same and make sure you are not taking big loans to just study. So many universities also waive off the application fee that you might have to pay in order to just be considered, I have a full guide in the link my bio (all my products for free) you might have to search for it.
